If you’re looking for a relax & chill vacation this is your spot. There’s enough of everything and its far away from the living world. Drinks are served from the bottle, not from the machine. Theres a beautiful private beach with a houseriff to snorkle or dive. The rooms are comfy and cleaned everyday. Dont forget your massages which they offer for a good price. Get your iced coffee, smoothie, milkshake or cocktail at the bar on the beach. Adam & Rafa will serve you with a big smile! Then the animationteam with Rhi, Kiko, Bondo and the rest is AMAZING. They literally made our holiday. 10/10 would recommend

Beautiful gardens with balconies giving out onto them. Pretty set up on the beach with loungers and straw windbreaks and shades. Clean inviting pool. Busy chatty restaurant catering for many different tastes. Friendly staff. Excellent spa. Great value for moneys

We was in Egypt many times, but this year was the best. Concord it's the first hotel where we want come back one more time!!!! The staf is very polite and friendly. The food if wonderful, especially in Egyptian day. The WiFi in room- the very good thing in hotel👍👍👍 Also we want to thank for animation team Babo, Ri, Lera, Bondok and Kiko - you are all the best!!! The activities with you unforgettable🥰🥰 Thanks for all for our the best Holiday!!!!!

It was the most beautiful vacation ever. This hotel is made of people. Fantastic people who will make you never be bored even for a moment. The service was incredibly nice, the food was very tasty. Outdoor grill every day. Beautiful coral reef, magical underwater world. A huge amount of outdoor activities organized by animators - volleyball, ping pong, yoga, aquaaerobics, darts, dance, gym. You can't get bored here. The hotel is of a really high standard, we returned rested and happy. Once again, special thanks to our animators! ♥️ Evenings in the amphitheater are also amazing, dance shows, karaoke, great entertainment for adults and children. We will definitely come back here someday. Thank you 🥰🥰🥰

We stayed here for a week during Easter half term as a family our room was in block 11 which seems to have been newly renovated , the room was presented beautifully the decor was all light pine inside and we had a magnificent sea view our room was cleaned throughly everyday by the wonderful housekeeping who always smiled and asked how we was when we saw him we also had some towel decorations left on the bed aswell!. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff take such pride in all of the gardens, flowers and keeping everything in such good condition. The pool and beach area was also spotless, the staff surrounding the pool and beach was so smiley always saying hello and so helpful if you ever needed anything. They have entertainment in the hotel providing day time and night time entertainment and activies, although we didn't participate in day time activies they was very smiley, never pushed for anything and was so positive my children did attend the kids club but we mainily came to the hotel for the diving. The evening entertainment we did go to we attending mini disco with rhii which my kids loved, they also loved babo from the entertainment team Mr ah gogo gaga my child has not stopped saying this!! The resturant and food is a good variety if you have any dietary requirements they,staff will go above and beyond to help you with these!, they are amazing also all the bar staff in the hotel The staff in general are so smiley so helpful and honestly some of the best staff I have seen in many hotels I have visted!, the diving center is truly amazing and top tier! We have been on many holidays for snorkeling and diving but the staff in there was so informative about everything constantly checking everything was okay when we on a dive and really attentive to us honestly such a wonderful hotel and I would highly recommend to come back! Thank you to everyone for giving us the best memories

Everyone will enjoy themselves at the hotel, whether they want to relax or be active. The hotel offers many unforgettable experiences. The food is excellent and the people are friendly and helpful. The hotel is so beautiful rooms are clean all the time and the outside part of hotel is amazing.

Very cameral hotel with the great service....specially Hassan,who cleaned our rooms: 15123 and 15119. Every Day very clean. We Come back there, beacuse we love everything here: beach, view, service, SPA, food and a relax.opin We know, that every holidays here are very good choice.

Had a great week in Marsa Alam. The hotel staff were brilliant, great service throughout the hotel. The restaurant team were super helpful and assisted with our dietary allergies. The pool was clean, quiet and had great space for the family but also space to swim and relax. The house reef is perfect for snorkeling and diving. Would recommend and come back.

We spent really amazing 7 days in this hotel. Great location, testy food and extremly friendly Staff in the whole hotel. We would to mention our thankfulness and special compliments to the lifeguard on the beach- Mr Shazly who was always very helpful and very kind.
