こんにちは。初めての訪問でしたが、リラックスした休暇でした。素晴らしいロケーションが気に入りました。滞在にとても満足しました。ホテルのスタッフ全員の素晴らしい対応に感謝しています。ただし、エンターテイメント プログラムに関するメモなど、いくつかメモがあります。エンターテイメント プログラムはあまり見つかりませんでした。 - 部屋に到着したとき、バスルームは排水溝から非常に悪臭がしました。 - ビーチは素晴らしかったですが、フルーツやスナックを提供する予定はなく、飲み物しかありませんでした。ビーチで冷たいタオルを頼んだのですが、見つからず、プール用だけだという返事でした。また、飲み物の種類が十分ではないことにも気づきました。レストランでは、デザートにはもっと種類がありましたが、食べ物には、種類もおいしい食事も見つかりませんでした。新鮮なフルーツの種類はなく、缶詰のフルーツでした。アイスクリームが大好きですが、残念ながらさまざまなフレーバーがなく、伝統的なものほどではありませんでした。綿菓子、チーズケーキ、ガムのフレーバーを頼みましたが、チョコレート、バニラ、マンゴー、ストロベリーの4つのフレーバーしかありませんでした。それらの味は美味しくなかったので、この点に注意してください。評価が高いのを見てこのホテルを選んだので、コメントで述べたようなシンプルなものが揃っていることを期待していました。最後に、皆様に感謝申し上げます。何人かの名前を挙げさせていただきます。1- 受付の Khaled Mustafa Ismail Saad Nader 2- 予約の Meena 3- Night and Day Mahsoob Islam AL-Taeeb 4- Zuzu's Ahmed Al-Sharqawi 5- レストランの Ahmed Ashmawy Ihab Alaa Mohammad Marghani

Wonderful first experience in Marsa Alam in this hotel. From the first time I have arrived in the middle of the night I've felt welcomed, they even prepared something for me to eat in the room since I skipped dinner. The hotel and all of its structures are perfect, meaning they are extremely clean and well maintained and if there is a problem by the next day it is already solved. The room was quite spacious and comfortable and it was cleaned perfectly every day. All the people working there are friendly and are at your service if you need anything. The restaurant a la carte and the buffet restaurant offer a wide variety of food of very good quality, especially for the sweets and desserts. The sea was wonderful especially for snorkelling with the coral reef easily accessible from the private beach, be wary that if there is rough sea it is difficult to swim and to see underwater. The pool are great for relaxing, sunbathing or for having a drink in the pool bar, even though the water around the bar was way too warm. There are many activities you can do from tennis or squash or you can speak with the Coraya Divers and experience wonderful immersions or excursions. In the end this was a truly outstanding week of holiday for me and it is very probable that I will come back here in the coming years. Thank you to all!!!

I’m sorry that I seem to not have reviewed this hotel since staying with my son in March. Everything is as per the glowing reviews. The hotel environment is beautiful, the snorkelling is glorious and the staff so, so attentive. The food is delicious too! My wife and myself are returning next month and we feel so privileged to have the opportunity to again sample the delights of the Coraya Beach.

We returned to our favorite hotel again after a year. If you want to experience incredible service, food, beach, sea and environment - go to Coray. The hotel is in an oriental style, which I like very much. The staff here are great - nothing is too much trouble, nothing is impossible. The food is excellent - an incredible selection, there is a large selection even for people with allergies. The beach is maintained and the sea is beautiful with a gradual entrance. There is almost no ebb here - the difference is a maximum of 1-2m. Those who don't want to snorkel stay on the right side, those looking for it go to the left, where the coral is. This year it was quite cloudy, because there was a big storm here in December and the sea still has to cope with the washed-up sand. I believe he can do it and I will enjoy snorkeling again next year. We will definitely come back here!

Great overall holiday experience at the Steigenberger Coraya Marsa Alam. In general top level all over from provided personal services to the top selection of high quality meals. Everyone exceptional friendly and professional. Excellent hotel management.

Very clean hotel, super friendly staff, excellent food. Not a huge "hotel bunker", but more like a cosy, very well-kept village thanks to the individual "little houses". Great live programme, sports facilities, pool bar with delicious coffee. Perfect proximity to the beach with enough space for everyone. We would go again & can highly recommend the hotel!

the best ambience, food and service in this bay. friendly and helpful staff from arrival to departure. beautiful garden and nice bars and restaurants. the selection at the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was really wide, I personally preferred to taste local specialities and was never disappointed. 10 min walk to the diving center at the other side of the bay.
