The hotel was extremely clean and the atmosphere was very inviting. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food was very delicious and everyday was a new cuisine. The pool and beach were very well maintained and inviting. The room we had was just perfect and we were very well taken care of. We recommend this hotel for honey nooners, families and friends. The views were such a highlight.

Been at this hotel for more than five times, and we as a family enjoy every detail of the hotel. The service, the location, the helping staff, especially Mr. Ahmed Labib, Front Desk Manager, and Mr. Masad from the housekeeping staff. We will visit for sure next year!

amazing hotel! we booked Mosaic hotel first , but it was closed so we came to Strand beach. and we were not disappointed at all ! very big room with beautiful seaview , very professional staff, very clean pool and beach. special thanks to FO manager Mohamed el Bahrawy. good variety of food , every day meat / fish / chicken. tasty and fresh. totally recommend and definitely coming back next vacation.

Super hotel , super service , i will recommend my friends and my family to come visit this resort , so quite as i am looking for , reception was welcoming us with smiley faces the porters were nice , the rooms were good and the view is amazing , i come back again .

The best hotel ever the staff is amazing and very helpful , restaurants very good food and the sea best place of relaxation and the lake with turtles fisher you was swimming with it it very amazing i advise every one should come strand very special thank to restaurant and bar chiefs ❤️❤️🙏🏿🙏🏿

Wonderful experience with good treatment profishinol staff. Reception staff Ahmed and Hossam and partist man ayman is very good it was experience as I dreamed, when I come till travel I met good dealing with staff and great food during the day

My trip started at the Israeli- Egyptian border check point where the taxi driver on behalf of the hotel was waiting for us, Mr Osama, was very kind and friendly, he even stopped in the middle of the drive to take us some wonderful photos. With my arrival to the hotel reception, Mr Hussam welcomed us with his beautiful smile, and excellent service, he tried hard to give me the best room, with the best view, together with Mrs Rawan which was there every moment making sure that everything is going super excellent, the rooms were very big, clean, comfortable, safe, I felt like in heaven, room service are so kind, and helpful! regarding the restaurant, it was perfect, with different dishes every day, and here I must thank Mr Ahmed Shibil, the restaurant supervisor, who was present there to welcome us every single time, with good smile and good vibes. What to say about the pool? the cleanest pool I ever swim in !! with bars and free drinks around. SPA was very cheap and relaxing, and very professional workers!!! I really really really want to thank all the wonderful guys and girls who made my trip perfectly super, I definitely wanna visit again, worthen place to visit every year to clear you rmind and full your heart with love and good hospitality !

We stayed in this hotel as part of our group tour. We arrived late so we were not able to see much and enjoy whatever it can offer. I am surprised to find it so huge with full of amenities. The pool is very inviting but it was already closed when we came. The dinner was a buffet and a lot of selections. Our room was big and spacious including the terrace, toilets and bathroom. But it took us a while to reach our room due to the distance from the lobby to the rooms. However, I didn't find the staffs that friendly and helpful.
