Good service,and good environment, the swimming pool is fantastic, the deepth is 185 cm, good for swimming, and the beach is very good for snorkeling, a lots of colorful fish,and clear water,the food here is also good, dinner is changed every day ,free shuttle to the city center,4,times everyday,the room is with the balcony and good ocean views, really an osias in Dahab.

Very nice hotel. Dinner buffet is very tasty and a lot of varites. Many different food. Just in the early morning they knock on the door in order to clean the room - do not desturb sign necessary. Beer is very expensive in the hotel.

The hotel is very pleasant, private. There is very good customer service. The massage was good and the staff is very warm. Food is also tasty! The pasta is great!!! Great ocean view and there is a very private design for lying down. They will make you a good breakfast if your take a tour early. :) you can also see fish if you snorkel! Motorbike tour is great!

Rude Staff specially Aysam , They need more training to know how to deal with guests . Zero hygienic . Snake appears at the pool with no action from the hotel only the lifeguard came and solve this trouble. Ill not go another time to dahab because of this service

Despite our initial excitement about visiting your establishment, we encountered several issues that greatly impacted our overall satisfaction. Firstly, the service we received was subpar. We found the staff to be inattentive and unresponsive to our needs. Additionally, the attitude of some employees was quite off-putting, leaving us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as guests. Furthermore, the quality of the food provided was far below our expectations. Not only was the variety lacking, but the taste and presentation of the dishes were also unsatisfactory. This was particularly disappointing, as we had hoped to enjoy some delicious meals during our stay. Given these circumstances, I kindly request that you take immediate action to address these issues. It is my hope that by bringing these matters to your attention, you can make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests do not have a similar experience.

Had one of the worst experiences in my life: - Terrible service! The staff was rude and inattentive, front desk guys were worst and indifferent. - The hygiene standards at this place are appalling. The tables were dirty, the utensils were sticky, and there was a weird smell in the air. - I had high hopes for this restaurant based on the reviews, but I was sorely disappointed. The portion sizes were tiny, and the food lacked flavor.
