Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are rude, obnoxious and incompetent- only capable of providing hospitality to Arab and Russian guests. There are so many things that I can highlight that was awful about my stay, but here are a few: - they do not respond to messages or emails so I couldn’t arrange for an early check in prior - had to ask for early check in when we arrived. Paid a few to only wait in the hot, dark lobby with our baby for over an hour, and eventually go to an unclean room - staff in poolside bar poured a bit of syrup in and told me to make my own mocktail (included in the all inclusive), but when my husband went few minutes later, they happily made the drinks for him - staff at pasta station ignored me and served 2 white men who came after me- clear discrimination - reception staff look miserable and are generally slow Only staff that is good in this place is the person who provides the towels - lovely person who clearly knows how to work in the hospitality sector. Would I recommend anyone stay here because of the price they offer? Never. Do yourself a favour and pay a little bit extra to get proper service and actually enjoy your holiday. As a frequent traveller l, I have yet to come across a worse ‘4 star’ hotel.

If I could give zero stars I would. We requested interconnected rooms as we have small children we were given rooms on two different blocks . Showered toilets sooooo dirty. Staff are so rude it’s unbelievable. Refuse to help for anything. I had a staff member knock on my door at 12.30 in the night looking for an iron (which I had already told them before I did not have). Rhmn on the night desk is the worst ! Just stares with no help. Rude . Music played blaring in the night was a pile of rubbish. The food served everyday was Russian style. Every single day. Boiled sausages 🤢

The hotel is good, the pools are big and the beach isn’t far. The animation is very good, everyone is fun and polite. they have lots of fun initiatives for all ages. We met some amazing guys that work here, like Bodda, and they’re all the best!!

Very poor service its also considered expensive according to the service provided . At the beginning the receptionist didnt infirm us about the benefits of our booking or Food timings the allowed drinks types or the snacks timings adding to that it was our honey moon so we have requested a queen bed however they ignored the note and provided a room with twin beds again they have changed the room with a dirty one full of dust and the water sucker was not working in the shower , the food in the hotel was awful it was the worst part of the stay it was very un tasty very poorly served un tidy spoons to fill the plates And i cant imagine that thy have no varieties so we had to eat the same food all over again and again everyday in the 3 meals cuz they have no options to eat different things it was nasty food smells bad not well cooked or prepared on the other hand whenever we needed to drink anything mixed with milk they always inform us that they are out of milk ! And omg when it comes to drinks i wonder how they are serving in reusable old miserable plastic dirty cups that 1000 of people has drunk in them several times before and even they do not clean it they just toss it in water and give it to another guest again the house keeping doesn't change the sheets or the towels ,they also have no elevators in the facilities and we had to climb the stares to my room every time that had effected my health negatively as i suffer from asthma,adding to the above the beach is not well described its not a rocky beach or a sandy beach its a small snorkeling area with a depth of 20 m + so it was totally irrelevant to be described as a beach when it was a very dangerous place that doesnt fit fir kids , people with langue , heart or respiratory diseases even for the people who cant swim they have to pay rent to life jackets and googles thats insane . The stuff are very untrained and un experienced they doesn't provide any assistance also they always keep commenting when people are picking food or drinks i do not recommend this hotel at all its supposed to be less than 2 stars

Most of stuff is rude and not friendly at all, beginning from the reception, housekeeping, waiters, chefs, and even the bus shuttle driver Rooms are not clean Food quality is bad and poor variety Zero hygiene, plastic cups are used many times 😏 Very bad experience, won’t repeat again
