Starting with the good: The hotel and grounds are really well maintained especially the gardens which were absolutely beautiful. The solar panels on the roof were unobtrusive but a great idea. The terrace bar team lead by Hany were fantastic and helped make our holiday. Yaseen has a great sense of humour!! Ask Hany to make you one of his off menu cocktails and you won't be disappointed. The room was very good and the water pressure in the shower is worth a special mention. The New Year's Eve gala was very good if a little loud at times. The buffet was off the scale! The three bottles of spirits on every table meant you were never waiting for a drink. The Chinese and Indian a la carte restaurants were excellent. The pool area was well maintained and the heated pool was a pleasure. The Waves bar served great fast food options. The snorkeling off the jetty was great. Plenty of masks were available if you hadn't got your own. The taxi service offered by the hotel was great. We had arranged a return time but wanted to come back earlier. They not only arranged this but sent us a photo of the car picking us up so we could find it easily at the pick up point. The only criticism we had was that the menu in the main restaurant was a little repetitive. The food was excellent but the same dishes appeared several times during our stay and the same could be said for the entertainment by the pool. The same songs were played on a loop and it could get very loud (and distorted) sometimes. All in all we had a great holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our first Christmas and New Year in the sun.

We were in November, we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at this hotel. We had wonderful moments, we were treated like royalty The room was large and clean with a sea view, beautiful gardens, great pools and beach, you could admire the coral reef, the food was delicious. We recommend this hotel for 100%!!!!!

Amazing staff, grounds, rooms and beach. Snack bar food cooked while you wait, restaurant food sometimes a bit hit and miss, but always something for everyone. Indian restaurant and Lebanese incredible food. Daytime entertainment everything for someone to do. Evening entertainment not wonderful could do with a singer or music on the bar outside of the restaurant. I will definitely go back as nothing to complain about. Rooms had everything needed, bath and separate toilet, separate shower. Nothing too much trouble for the staff, good to tip and then get better service, but hey they work so hard that a tip is deserving.

Staff members were all unbelievable and couldn’t do enough, Hasheen in grill was amazing. Hannee in main restaurant was so nice and did everything and all the waiters , The lobby bar cocktail man was out of this world he was amazing kind and thoughtful

For me, our experience in Egypt was fantastic, we did not expect that people would be so kind and loving to us. The hotel and services were excellent. We were also very pleased after doing 2 experiences with "Diving Center", one Diving and another in Safari. What remains in our minds is a boy that we made a friend. His name is Ammar Rada, very kind and loving, I advise you to always cooperate with him for the adventures you will solve. We were satisfied and want to visit Egypt again.

The hotel is gorgeous. Very clean rooms, helpful staff, interesting programs for the whole day, you won't have time to get bored there. If you have any questions, they will always answer them and be happy to help you. Special thanks to Tito, he will send you on any excursions at the best weekend prices and will definitely supervise everything!
