Staff are very nice to children . If you are all inclusive you still have to pay for icecream but it’s only 50 LE = £1 . The Indian restaurant don’t have much food you have to go up and get it. The Italian restaurant was really nice . The main restaurant is really nice aswell if you’re a bit picky with your food they have plain margarita pizza and pasta at lunch and dinner . The juice in the main restaurant is quite sweet . I had my hair braided twice because after 2-3 days the first time I had my hair braided it came out and I had it done again and it came out again . The adult blue slide sides are dry and you get stuck. Life guards are very serious . The slides life guards are very caring . There is around 7 adult slides around 10 baby slides 1 big swimming pool and a little hot tub. No food queues.

Very nice hotel, very clean and the gardens are kept beautiful. The staff who work here are very friendly and go beyond their duties to help in any way. The food is ok, not very British but you can always find something to stop the hunger. Drinks are also ok, all cocktails are made with sickly syrup mixes but the beer is good. Swimming pool is good, the water park is great for kids, teens and younger adults. Mosquitoes are a problem, we have jungle fever repellent spray, mosquito repellent wristband and ankle bands and a mosquito plug in and still been bitten a lot but this is obviously no fault of the hotel. Taxi’s to naama bay and Soho vary, some taxi drivers are asking for £10 when you can get a taxi for around £3 if you download the IDrive app. Overall I would return as the hotel and the staff are great.

Me and my family we had a great time at the hotel. The rooms were big we had a balcony with the pool view. Ali was cleaning our rooms and make sure everything was ok. It was my birthday and Ali brought me a cake on my room. At the beginning we were scared about the food because we have a kid but you can choose whatever you want barbecue, fish , pasta, rice, spaghetti, many kind of salads . Many and tasty desserts. Everyone was very friendly and ready to help. At the bar Mostafa he always made sure to find us a table to bring our drinks fast. He even memorised what we like and before we order our drinks were ready. We really enjoyed our holidays and we will go back for sure. You can get towels and get the bus that is free to go to the beach. The slides were so much fun for all the ages. The pool clean and safe. Just everyone don’t forget mosquito spray and creams.

Where do I start I've been to Egypt 15 times this place has put me off ever returning On arrival our room had 2 beds we booked as a family of 4 10 year old and 17 year old Reception told us to upgrade room for 260 dollars would not give us another bed so our first night we had to sleep with my 10 year old son my partners step son Next day different staff gave us a mattress (pictures to follow) rooms were not cleaned at a great standard and our garden room was on the second floor overlooking the road the airport is so close you can almost see the passengers on the planes passing overhead f ood was disappointing we had to eat out majority of staff are rude unwelcoming life guards were horrible to the children and adults one person was told point plank your to fat you get shouted at if you struggle against the wind on the canoe You can not use the sister Hotel after a certain time We went to the beach there which isn't really worth a visit our taxi was stopped inside the hotel grounds with everyone ganging up on the taxi driver taking his phone pushing him my 10 year old was hysterical staff didn't intervene Your guaranteed to be eaten alive by mosquitos If your booked I would change it 100%

You will be covered in mosquito bites. The place is infested with them, my husband needed trea**ent. This place is not a 4* it could be a 3*. The FAMILY rooms - have one double bed and two folding sofa beds with a mattress on top, they rocked my children had to sleep in the big bed. You are told not to open your balcony to avoid mosquitoes in your room. They are not cleaned effectively with signs of mold on the bathroom. And why have they put there family rooms above such loud music! That stays on until 11-12pm I don’t mind music but this is our speakers that anyone can connect to…. FOOD - We struggled to eat, ate pizza and chips, the staff are all wonderful and very friendly, they claim to have a children’s area it’s the worst I have ever seen with stale cold food. ENTERTAINMENT Our children got board in a few days and we spent most of our time eating out and looking for entertainment. We couldn’t sit at the entertainment of a night as that’s where is rife with mosquitoes. They had one half decent day show of a jet in the pool that we was all shouted at to move back when sun bathing in the middle of the afternoon (Do you understand) yes that’s how we was spoken to. But the majority of the staff here are very friendly especially with children not all staff are rude. CHECKOUT - they cut u off the wifi as soon as u checkout and remove ur bands! I loved Egypt before I stayed here sadly this place has ruined my experience of returning to the country and I have put a complaint in to easy jet.

Let me start by saying that: I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities (Yehyia) were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Furthermore it’s perfect for kids and the animation team is always looking after them! Would come again!

My 1st review and our 1st trip to Egypt. But I had to share our experience of this hotel as we had the best time ever. This hotel and it's hard working team made it a truly special experience. I read a lot of reviews before choosing our family holiday and I'm glad I read between the lines. Ignore any negative comments of the fussy Karen's. The food was tasty, varied and fresh. The rooms were clean spacious and nicely decorated. A/C was ice cold, kept spotless by the cleaner who also made some amazing towel animals. The entertainment was fun for kids and adults and the fireshow was amazing! The aqua park was perfect for us and our 9 year old son who made a lot of new friends from all sorts of nationalities. The lifeguards were friendly, professional and on the ball. We did a few excursions with the hotel team, camel rides, dune buggies and speedboat tour. We had an amazing experience and felt safe the whole time. The staff and management here are what make this place so great. Super friendly and just want to make your experience the best possible, especially on our son's birthday which they gave him a special celebration he will not forget. Thank you charmillion and all the staff you went above and beyond. Special thanks to Ahmed the cleaner and the other Ahmed bar manager with the balloons Mohamed with the drums and Mustafa with the Kermit green cocktails. We stayed in Family room with two terrace, rooms were nice and lots of space for all of us. Our children are 6 and 8, they loved pool (heated) and aqua park. The smallest child was banned from the aqua park because she is not so tall as they think she needs to be. It was surprise for us that she can't join with us. She have been taking swimming lessons two years and was there with two adults. She was crushed because waited the holiday and all the fun in the aquapark. Our room was next to children pool, the location was ideal for the children. The only negative thing about the location was DJ so loud music that is was unable to be in the room. The non-stop music was all the time when the aquapark was open. We ask to turn the volume done but the DJ just said that this is his job and can't do nothing, reception said the same thing. Every day all day maximum volume rave music. I would love to visit this hotel again some day but first will ask the hotel if they still have the DJ service around the aquapark.

Very good animation teams, staff are very friendly. Waiters and always happy to help and serve drinks to sunbeds / table service. Animation team constantly ensuring that the guests are having the best holiday possible with activities all day and night.
