The resort was very well-kept every day, a team of gardeners took care of the greenery, I attach photos to prove it. Another very big plus was the amazing Mostafa Mahmoud and his towel works that made me smile every day, so I recommend it wholeheartedly.

It is easy to judge a hotel on its facilities and location however the main reason for my rating is the staff here. Friendly is an understatment from all the pool bar staff especially the waiter Ahmed who is exceptional. But probably never mentioned is the cleaners. Our cleaner mostafa has been Incredible. From the little gifts he leaves you to the cleanliness of the room and the changing of towels a real diamond. Great hotel and exceptional staff

A 5-star waterfront property, provided an absolutely incredible experience during my stay. From the moment I arrived at the impressive and elegantly designed lobby to the attentive service from the staff, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The waterfront location was spectacular, offering me access to the best snorkeling I have ever experienced. The coral reefs and vibrant marine life were outstanding. The room was elegantly decorated with modern amenities. The food surpassed all expectations, with a diverse menu ranging from local to international dishes. The restaurant staff was both professional and friendly, providing me with a memorable culinary experience. I really want to commend Ahmed, who was extremely professional and kind at the Gazella restaurant. He went above and beyond to ensure that I didn't feel lonely during the dinner. Ala from the poolside bar was always cheerful and accommodating, which I greatly appreciated. I had even the pleasure of being served by an incredibly skilled bartender in the Beach Bar. His expertise and attention to detail in crafting cocktails were truly impressive. Not only did his showcase a vast knowledge of mixology, but his friendly and engaging personality also added to the overall enjoyable experience. Mohamed's creativity in recommending and preparing unique drinks tailored to my preferences made the evening exceptional. I highly commend his professionalism and the delightful atmosphere he created at the bar. He was truly well-liked by others at the bar as well. Considering that he always worked alone, he was always cheerful and helpful. Big thanks to the hotel's animation team for their fantastic work! They added so much fun and energy to my stay, making every moment enjoyable. The diverse and entertaining activities they organized truly enhanced the overall experience. Whether it was lively evening shows, or fitness classes, the animation team created a vibrant and memorable atmosphere. Their dedication and creativity deserve applause, and they played a significant role in making my stay truly delightful. 5 STARS to Shika and Ivan. In summary, this hotel exceeded my expectations and offered a luxurious and relaxing retreat for me, seeking a memorable and exclusive stay. I will come back!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Jaz Fanara Sharm El Sheikh, which I consider to be one of the best hotels. I visited at the end of February, and the weather was warm and pleasant during my stay. The check-in process was quick, and within just 10 minutes, I was in my room. The hotel itself is quite nice, with a lovely warm pool that I enjoyed. The beach is particularly impressive, boasting a sandy shoreline and stunning coral reefs. There are also great spots for snorkeling, and I found the water to be calm and peaceful due to the mountains sheltering the beach from the wind. My room had a fantastic sea view, and it was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was quite pleased with the cleanliness and tidiness of the room. Moreover, the housekeeping staff, especially Mr.Mostafa, made my stay even more enjoyable. Mostafa was a polite and helpful person who always wore a smile. He kept my room tidy and clean, and his beautiful room decorations added a special touch. Thanks to him, I had an awesome experience, and he is one of the reasons why I will definitely return to Jaz Fanara in the future. I would also like to mention Mr. Mohamed Hosny from the restaurant. He was a nice person who always assisted with a smile and was very cooperative. The entire team at Jaz Fanara deserves a big thank you for their efforts. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at Jaz Fanara and am already looking forward to returning in the new year.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. We had a problem with our air conditioning the first night and the following morning we instantly got moved to a different room and the staff were very apologetic. The food can sometimes be not the best in Egypt however at Jaz Fanara there was something different every night and was delicious! Always piping hot and chefs constantly checking it. The reef, well the reef was the best I have EVER seen, multi coloured fish, sting rays and even a baby reef shark, adorable!! At 10.30 every morning on the beach the lifeguard will take you out snorkelling for about an hour. You must go with him! He points out all the different sea life and is always checking your ok. The animation team never lets you feel bored during the day, there is always something to do. To all the staff at Jaz Fanara, we’d like to say thank you for the best week and we will be back!! I liked: Very nice hotel. Reef is the best of Sharm. The position is very well protected from wind, it makes the BEST CHOICE in all Sharm when you want to stay between January and April. The staff. I didn’t like: Food a bit better than the average in Sharm resorts, that in general is not enough for picky people. It should be improved. When we, me and my 88yo mother arrived , despite we asked for a room near the main building/pool, they gave us a room very far, saying the nearest ones were all booked. It was a very long and uncomfortable walk. Next day when I complained, they gave us a better room. I do recommend this hotel.

Good beds, plenty of pillows, excellent guest service. Good food at breakfast lunch and dinner. Plenty of activities organised during the day. Plenty of free drinks and snacks including ice cream. Honestly an amazing place to reside at!!

Came for second time at Jaz Fanara, have been promised a really nice room, but when arrived in room flet a weird smell, when check the air conditioner unit it was full of mold. Someone came to clean it but a air con unit doesn't just clean with a brush and some spray! The bathroom had always a sewing bad smell despite i've put water in the floor drain and called for Mustafa, room cleaner witch i salute this way. The corals in the resort area are DEAD! There are nice and healthy corals in the far left and far right. Food is ok, sweets are all the same, sweet and no other aromas. Employees in the resort work hard and i wish to salute Ahmed the waiter with great British accent, Abdala from the beach bar. Despite the room was so small, claustrophobic size bathroom with bad smell, we just slept in it so didn't affect us so much. DEFENETELY WE WON'T CAME BACK TO THIS RESORT.
