It was amazing stay also we enjoyed the food and service they have 5 ala cart restaurant are amazing also we done photo sections at the hotel and ibrahem was amazing and professional the they are offering free Life jackets and mask for snorkeling at the end of the jetty and they can escort you by the golf car for sure we will be back for this place and we will recommend it to our families and friends as everyone coming to sharm need to try this lovely hotel

Excellent stay again at the Alcazar . First class hotel with amazing staff . A la carte restaurants are all very good with the Lebanese one being the absolute best . Special mention to Alsayeed in the lobby bar who is the best barman in Egypt - his cocktails are great . Ahmed and Hossam at the adult pool are excellent - as is Ahmed in the beach bar . We will certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends .

From the 17 to 24th december i was in this beautiful hotel in room 2017. My first impression when i entered the resort was WOW ! I could not believed how beautiful and clean the place was. When i entered my room i had the same feeling as everything was perfect. Spacious room, beautiful garden view and a minibar to die for !!. The day after was my wedding anniversary so my bed was decorated with flowers and ballons and i got a beautiful cake with a heart on it delivered free of charge to my room. What a lovely gesture ! The staff are so attentive to everyone’s needs always asking if everything is okay. The food was out of this world in the buffet and the a la carte too. The chefs are preparing fresh food in front of you and so much choice to choose from. The animation team works really hard everyday making sure everyone has a good time. The evening shows were of a very high standard and i want to say thank you to all the dancers. I could write so much more about this place but you have to come and see by yourself as i am sure you will have a blasting time like i had. I will finish by saying thank you to all the staff members as all of you did an amazing job. Nathalie

If you want a luxurious hotel in Egypt 🇪🇬 look no further,this is the best 5* I've stayed in.The grounds of the hotel are outstanding.The staff will do anything to make sure your stay is perfect,our stay was made that much better after meeting Relations Manager "Enas" she was fantastic went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible experience, can't wail to visit again and be spoilt in the hot Egyptian sun. The bar manager at Adult only pool Mohammad was an absolute star almost like you own personal butler never had to move(it was quite week we stayed) Drinks o tap all day,Magum ice cream delivered to your sun bed,Outstanding service.All restaurants were excellent food was great.Visit Amoura Restaurant if you love Lebanese food kebabs etc. Rooms always cleaned to high standard all the staff work exceptionally hard to make your holiday perfect 👌🏽

AMAZING hotel! By far the best holiday ever, we are coming back next month! The only thing i could fault is that there wasn't watermelon in the fruit sections of the restaurants. I am a huge watermelon eater and having some on holiday is the best! Please have watermelon in June 2024!

Absolutely amazing hotel with lovely friendly staff which were fully attentive. Rooms were wonderful with comfy beds and lovely crisp bedlinen and mini bar re-filled every day our room was looked after by Hisham who was so helpful and serviced our room with a smile on his face every day! He even arranged for Mahmed to spray for mosquitoes every eve. The Cocktail bar was amazing with every cocktail you could wish for and strawberry dakories were my favourite which Carlos made daily for us along with great gin and tonics. The service from both main bar and cocktail bar by Carlos and Heshuim was brilliant always bringing extra crisps nuts to us. The restaurants were all of great food and service and booking with guest relations was easy and the help from Helina was first class. The Italian was lovely, the Tapiaki restaurant and Lebanese were just amazing with excellent food choice and service too. The beach bar in the evening was the Fish restaurant and the sea bass was lovely. The main restaurant for every meal had a fantastic choice all freshly cooked and even to order for some items. A wonderful display of meat fish cakes fruits deserts and breads. We loved the adult only pool and our only suggestion we would have as a couple would be that restaurants were adult only after 20:30 even if it was rotated around the bookable restaurants only? The general manager Mr Youseff was visable and engaged in conversation with us several times which was lovely. The beach beds were comfy and service there was great with them always helping you with your bags on arrival and sorting mattress out on sunbed including putting your towels on the beds…. Plus they brought drinks to you and icecreams to you on the beach whilst i bathed in the sun. This is definitely a 5* hotel and we shall definitely revisit and friends have already booked after our recommendation. My partner Kitesurfed most days so a great location with flat water and warm wind for this sport. Overall a great trip and thank you for making us feel special.

Very good experience! Good location of the hotel, not far from the airport ca 15-20 minutes. Beautiful territory full of trees and flowers. Well decorated! Very tasty food and a variety of a’le carte restaurants 5. Friendly service, especially at the 2nd pool bar. Great animation team. Everyday interesting, funny and energetic (Bravo DJ)! Thanks to Sayid (sorry if the spelling is wrong), Irina, Zakhar and others! You are the best, guys! Thanks to Jevgenia from SPA for beautiful braids for our daughter! Also big thanks go to Elina from guest relations. Always friendly, helpful, supportive and attentive!
