ホテルからの返信: 尊敬的客人：您好~感謝您入住斯維登度假公寓東方影都店，對於您反映的枕套問題，我們深表歉意，在看到您點評後，我們第一時間與客房主管去到您房間自查，通過調查後，我們發現枕套污染原因在於洗滌公司在運輸時存在紕漏，會出現潔凈床品被污染的情況。目前我們已與洗滌公司取得聯繫，讓其在洗滌、運輸過程中加強管理，乾淨布草在打包運輸時確保消毒箱緊閉。同時，我店客房部門也會加強培訓，保潔人員更換床品時應檢查是否符合客房標準，避免洗滌後污染的布草上床，確保在清掃客房過程中把緊最後一條防線。最後感謝您的入住與點評，期待您下次光臨！
