帶着兩個 75+的長者出行，訂酒店的時候詳細備註了需求，酒店給予最大支持，給父母安排了安靜的房間，且跟我在同一樓層，一開始我以為我訂的訂單有包含早餐，入住時發現衹包含了一天，攜程跟酒店協商後，也贈送了四天的早餐，兩個房間都贈送了，長者感覺很滿意。房間很大，活力房很符合我的審美，所有房型都很大，不同之處就是洗手枱的位置，所以活力房性價比很高。離地鐵站走路大概十分鐘，如果天氣熱，也可以打車前往，就是個起步價。自駕遊住這個酒店特別合適，停車很方便。用的洗浴產品是阿芙的，捲紙是清風的，品質把握還是挺好的。

設施：一般。頁面説是智能馬桶，實際上衹是外形一樣，沖水需要手動。頁面顯示“城景”，結果15樓，人高的牆，啥也看不見（前台説，是因為我要求相鄰的房間，但是我預訂的時候就備註了此要求啊） 衞生：無功無過吧，反正床單被罩水壺馬桶墊洗漱用品都是自帶的，酒店的毛巾、用品都沒用。 環境：停車場是公用區域，酒店門前有大約20個停車位，晚上回來晚了，有地下停車場的負一負二兩個專屬區域，但是但是，裏面真的好破啊，還沒有手機信號📶，陰陰森森的。再説説電梯🛗，走廊兩邊都有電梯，一開始沒注意，隨便上了一個，進去以後發現，好破，還去不了15樓，尷尬。幸好有人告訴我，做錯了，這不是全季的電梯，你得下去，重坐，哎。 服務： 1.入住:寫的12點以前退房，一點也不能馬虎。但是也寫着2點以後入住，因為早到了半小時，問了問，沒打掃完不能早辦理入住，這是我們的問題，那就等吧，問啊問，最後2點半以後，給了一間房（我自己帶着2個17和1個6歲的孩子，預訂了兩間相鄰的城景大床房），贈送了隨手水果禮。我説那打掃完另外一間給我們送一下房卡，沒看時間，大概半小時也沒送吧，我就又問前台……哎。 2:停車:前台明知道自己這個停車位不是自己專屬的，會產生停車費，但是從未在辦理業務的過程中提醒過客人，甚至退房的時候也不曾提過。我從負二到出口，才看到收費二維碼，進退不得，倒回去太不安全了，沒辦法，繳費吧，大無語！ 3.但是有一説一，第一天晚上出去玩的時候，補刷第二間房身份證時，前台給了我們一人一瓶水讓帶着喝，點贊。
