Big room and good service and fast check in. The hotel could provide more variety for the breakfast

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gong He Yuan Hotel , and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The lobby was elegantly decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for my entire visit. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay. The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet — a great way to start the day! Overall, my experience at Gong He Yuan Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

very good hotel; the swimming was closed unfortunately but overall, a satisfactory experience for the city.

My reservation is staying for 2 nights, at the first night with terrible experience. (1. Assigned wrong a smoking floor which I had requested non smoking rooms and I had awake by smelling cigarette smoking at early morning 0630.)(2. Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning) But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance. Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

This is one of the best hotel that our family had stayed in China. The hotel room is very roomy and clean. The bathroom is clean, modern and very roomy. The food is delicious and the service is great. I highly recommend the front desk "Xiao Qiu" and "Xiao He". Their service manner are outstanding. They are friendly and supportive. We highly recommend this hotel.

清遠市是一個好地方，山清水秀，好多禾田！酒店的位置很方便，離市中心比較近，吃喝玩樂的比較多，酒店還鋪了地氈，隔音效果比較好！比較好的地方就是入住辦的很快！旁邊的仁仁美術館的畫很好，還有大堂的迎客松，雖然是有點假，但是挺美觀的

體驗感很不錯的一個假期，從入住環境、設施感受到餐品體驗都很不錯，謝謝小楊、小洪兩位前台姑娘的細緻服務、耐心跟進。btw，泳池下午兩點才開是個bug，希望能改進一下，不然對喜歡游泳的孩子來説有點可惜。

我是晚上入住酒店的，開了一天的車已經很疲累，希望找間好一點的酒店盡快休息，前台安排一間同一層同一公司租房的房間給我，我被夾在中間，開門聲此起彼落，隔壁房間不停大聲嬉笑，我十二點被炒醒一次，打去前台投訴，前台話會處理（我也不知有沒有處理，根本冇停過），一點鐘實在受不了，再打去投訴，也是沒有處理，人家成間公司在開派對你怎可能停到人家，前台根本不應放人進去，租酒店不可只看星級，服務不到位說什麼也是假的，一次非差的經歷

酒店房間乾淨衞生。親子房房間和浴室衞生間空間很大，浴室乾濕分離，洗漱台配了兩個洗手池，非常方便，可惜沒有浴缸😅不過孩子在酒店裡的泳池玩得很開心。自助早餐在6樓。種類不算多，但味道不錯的。因為辦了延遲退房，所以我們中午在酒店6樓吃了點心，也不錯。六樓還有個空中花園。天氣太熱裏。所以沒有去看。大堂裏面有個小小的美術館，可以帶孩子進去看看。總的來説，住得挺滿意的。

服務：前台小姐姐，小邱，小范真的服務很好👍，點贊！服務滿分 西式下午茶:最讓我不滿意的是這個下午茶，原本以為下午茶是特別有儀式感的，直到去到，傻眼了！下午茶居然給個一次性的杯子裝咖啡，而且下午茶如圖，那也太差了吧！要是這樣的話我為什麼花這個價錢來買一個套餐呢？再是，一個服務員照顧10多個人的接待，也沒有服務到位。 更失望的是在酒店當時已經反應這個問題了，都沒有一個回覆或者之類，感覺就對不起這個價格和服務了

酒店環境非常好，連我家那個挑剔的老公，都很滿意。前台小邱，小何服務態度也超級好，給我們推薦的美食桑拿雞，就在酒店對面幾百米，下次來清遠，還住這家酒店
