great place

Location is great, It is close to 山海關和老龍頭， a lot of restaurants nearby . The stuffs are friendly and service is great. They provide free washer and dryer for the customers so it is very convenient. The hotel is not smoking room but you can smell some in the hallway. I believe some people didn’t follow the rules. It is pretty common and nothing they can control it.

Property is newly opened, so everything was lovely. Location is within walking distance of the old city and there are many eateries within a 5 min walk radius. It is a short taxi ride from train station (base fare by meter).

A great hotel, modern, clean, quiet and very large rooms - the way the room is laid out is great. Everything was perfect with the stay after check in. Sadly, when we arrived at 4pm (check in is from 2pm) we were told the room wasn’t ready and we should “go for a walk”. It was annoying that the room was not ready but more annoying that the hotel didn’t seem to care and treated us like we were causing the issue by arriving. Thankfully we were able to go into the room at 4.30pm but on the agreement we didn’t mind that the floor was very wet from cleaning. If the hotel knows the rooms won’t be ready, they should have contacted us ahead of time, we had been travelling since 5.30am. But - it was great value and we would 100% stay again and recommend

Great hotel, with wonderful staff! Caring, efficient and always on top of things. The hotel room was amazing, super comfortable, had everything we needed and more. Made our stay really great!

酒店地面停車場很大，距離天下第一關步行700多米，吃飯出行方便，新開業酒店，大堂休息區很大很舒服，有瓶裝水，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，洗澡水好，早餐好吃，感謝酒店送了一份早餐！ 可是我的車在酒店停車場被人蹭了，酒店的監控也沒有查到是被誰蹭的，我的車從進入酒店到離開，中途沒有出去過，也怪我自己，從酒店去老龍頭停車場才發現自己的車被蹭，出來旅遊快兩月了，都好的，可是在山海關嚴重影響了我的心情。

必須給這家全季點個大大的贊！可以説是住過的最滿意的一家。首先，房間的面積比一般全季寬敞太多，對於住慣了緊湊型酒店的來説，這種開闊感太加分了。其次就是乾淨程度堪稱強迫症福利，角落裡都一塵不染。最驚喜的是客房服務，響應速度快且態度特別好，讓人感覺賓至如歸。以後來這邊出差或旅遊，絕對是首選！

這次入住酒店，我特別想表揚一下307房間的客房服務人員。她真的非常認真負責，也特別熱情、細心。每天房間都打掃得非常乾淨，讓我住得很舒服。 最讓我感動的是，因為我是外國遊客，我的插頭在中國不能直接使用。她知道以後，很熱心地幫我找到了可以使用的國際轉換插頭。對我來説真的幫了很大的忙，因為如果沒有它，我的手機無法正常充電，吹風機等電器也沒辦法使用。 她不僅工作認真，而且非常善良、有耐心，讓一個人在國外旅行的我感受到了温暖和照顧。真的非常感謝她！❤️ 希望酒店能夠看到這條評價，也希望能夠好好表揚這位優秀的員工。她值得被肯定！下次有機會再來入住，我也希望還能見到她。謝謝！🌷

帶着家人去住，本身是會員，這家是讓我最不滿意的，工作人員不讓我寫差評，但是我覺得實話實説，給消費者真實的聲音。 雖然是新酒店，房間味道（煙味🚬）特別嗆鼻，換了兩個房間氣味都是特別大。我不可能讓我的家人住在二手煙環繞的空間裏。 早餐，特別差，是我見到最差的，水煮蛋甚至發黃，牛肉麪可笑的是，沒有牛肉衹有湯和麪。 我們花了這個錢。這個酒店節省成本也太過分了。
