ジャズ クリスタル アルマザ ベイ(Jaz Crystal Resort, Almaza Bay)

My experience here is great. Rooms are very clean, not only the rooms all property is very very clean. Pool is great and also very clean, beach is beautiful. Beach bar is amazing and staff there are very friendly. Now i have a little complain. The main restaurant is ok,food is delicious BUT you can only eat there or at the pool (pizza, salads or sandwiches) . This is the only 5 star hotel (so far) I've been in that doesn't allow you to use ala carte restaurants if you don't pay for them. It is not too pricey but for this hotel standard I think they can allow you only just once at stay to use that restaurant, i think it would be ok depending on that how much you pay to stay here. Everything else is absolutely wonderful, just keep it that way.

We were looking for a family-friendly hotel with tasty food, comfortable rooms, sandy beach and clean water. We chose the Jaz Crystal, Almaza bay, Mersa Matruh. It was the most expensive of the JAZ chain hotels in that area. Jaz Crystal Hotel met our expectations. The rooms were bright and clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower and toilet were in excellent condition. The food was delicious. There were a wide range of dishes for every taste. We had an All-Inclusive program. They even served Heineken beer) As for seafood, then there were different fish - herring, salmon, tuna, dorado etc. For meat it was turkey, lamb, beef. Large selection of salads and cakes. There were freshly squeezed juices, which was really nice! Wonderful beach, white sand, clean water... no sharks) We should also talk about the wonderful, friendly staff. They were do their best. Hotel cooks prepared a cake for my daughter’s 16th birthday and congratulated her. This was so cute! I would especially like to mention the guys who were very friendly: Yusef - waiter of the island’s bar between the pools, and Ibrahim waiter in the main restaurant. I have traveled extensively and been to different hotels, and the level of service and food is important to me. I’d really like to return to this hotel. And if so, I can safely recommend it to you! Have a nice rest!

The place is very beautifull and the staff is very kind. A nice escape from the city and somewhere to relax for a week. The beach is beautifull and the polls are a good alternative if you want to spend the afternoon reading a book or just enjoing some free time.

The service is great, the staff is very helpful and always making sure we are having a great experience. Whenever we had a comment or a request it was fully noted and taken on board which something I do appreciate. The breakfast buffet is really good and has a lot of fresh and tasty varieties.

Perfect vacation in a paradise! We are very satisfied with all Egyptian staff, in particular we want to thank Mamdouh who is a great man and supported us during our vacation. Also staff of Francorosso has been nice!

Perfect getaway, very clean , one of the best beaches you will ever see anywhere on the planet and smiley faces relatively high prices and usually a lot of loud Italians but still one of the most beautiful places and getaways in the north coast area suitable for families and honeymooners but when it comes to friends specially young ones u won't find any thing to do at night

We have excellent experience with this hotel. Everything was perfect. Hotel and rooms are clean and very nice furnished (it's not the new hotel but it has its charm and the cleanliness is at very high level). Food was delicious and everyone can find his/her choice. Bakery and desserts, so yummy. Drinks were as well very good. What I would like to highlight is the kindness and hospitality of the staff, especially "our" waiter Ahmed el Kholy, always smiling, helpful and very nice person, thanks to him we enjoyed our food time as at our home. The sea - perfect "Maldives" style. Very smooth white sand, clean water and gradual entrance to water. We also enjoyed the beach bar which is directly on the beach, and pool bar with excellent drinks and very nice staff. If it was possible, we would rate 10/10. Everything was perfect and we will definitely come back. Thank you Jaz Crystal!

Had a amazing time here. The hotel/resort went above our expectations. The beach is amazing - clear water, good temperature, fine sand. Food was above our expectations, especially for dinner. Kitchen is international and made very good. Since mainly Italians come here there is a lot of coffee options (espresso machines and nescafee) which was a nice bonus. Special shoutout to Mamdouh from the restoran and to Mohamed from the pool bar. They made our stay even better :)

Amazing and clean beach, nice hotel rooms, always clean in and out, always smiling staff, mainly the waiter Ahmed Elkholy. Rxcellent food, although sometimes repetitive, but the quality is really excellent. We are looking for next time visit.
