Citywell Hotel (Quanzhou Food Street)

The location is good, it is just located in a food street, alot of food options at night time. The receptionist lady，Ms.林 is very kind she introduced us some nice dinner places. Just one thing is the air cond abit slow in cooling. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

We were welcomed by the Osmanthus/GuiHua smell while we first stepping into the lobby. The smell was so good that ease our mind. Of course the lobby, the room interior is great! I love it! The TV also provide the nearby tourist spot and its introduction. Customer service is excellent especially Xiao Liu, who provided us many suggestions and guides for our day trip. It was really great help. She is also very caring, each time we pass by the lobby, we were greeted and reminded by her the temperature has dropped, make sure we has enough covered.

HAD STAYED THREE NIGHTS AT CITYWELL HTL. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH ONE OF THE FRONT DESK STAFF BY THE NAME OF XIAO CHEN. SHR GOES TO EXTRA MILE TO ANSWER TO OUR QUERIES WITH GREAT PATIENCE. SHE POSSESS AN OUTGOING PERSONALITY N IS AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY. WE WISH HER ALL THE BEST IN HER FUTURE ENDEAVOURS。KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. THIS HOTEL IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The rooms is big and clean… The hotel receptionist call Xiao Lin so nice… she help me to order didi che when i checked out from the hotel to railway station and the attitude is good too , help us take our belongings to the car and she know my next stop is xiamen.. she recommended where to go in xiamen.. thank you so much Xiao Lin (林广进）next time when i come to quanzhou will stay in citywell hotel again for sure..

Good stay and convenient location for food and some shopping. Love the vibe too. The most amazing part is when we depart to xiamen from quanzhou. We had too many luggages and worried that we cannot fit in a sedan but cannot get a 7 seater. The reception used their own account to help us book as we only have 1 alipay account. The drama was drastic but was made easy by the receptionist. Special thanks to them. They even offered the hotel wechat for us to connect to make sure we can reach xiamen safely.

Stayed late Oct, early Nov 23 for 3 nights. Check-in straight forward. Chinese breakfast included, real bread available. Rooms clean, comfortable, quiet and smoke free. Hotel has free laundry and tea area, but not much else to offer. From the main intersection (China Post) walk north for Starbucks, walk west for Confucian temple and Zhongshan Lu (main tourist area). Turn right here to Xi Lu (pedestrian street) for Kaiyuan temple. Back to the China Post intersection, walk South to a small river and right for Guandi temple and the mosque. Take bus 203 or 604 on Dong Lu (the extension of Xi Lu) for the Muslim cemetery and walk back to the Maritime museum, both worth a look
