Great hotel. Close to the Marina. staff were so friendly and helpful. We asked if we could get poached eggs at breakfast and it wasn't a problem. great selection of foods for breakfast. We had a sea view studio and it was so spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. Great bathroom too with a good shower. Would definitely return again.

While the decor is a little bit dated, this is a very clean hotel with great facilities. Rooms and public areas very clean. Apartment was plenty big with great balcony. Newly fitted bathroom. Very comfortable bed and sofas. The food was very good especially the breakfast including the Irish/English foods. The pool was lovely and clean and warm. Plenty of sunbeds, towels and tables and chairs. The biggest plus for this hotel is the staff. Particularly the ladies doing breakfast. Always smiling and welcoming. Always professional. This hotel is excellent and great value and within a couple of minutes walk to both the beach and marina. I would highly recommend.

Great value and incredibly friendly staff who show a real pride in their job. Location is perfect, short walk to the marina and beach but a quiet area, I was a bit worried from previous reviews after I booked the hotel for our golf trip but we were delighted with the size and comfort of the rooms. The decor is dated but everything worked well and the rooms are enormous which made it perfect for our trip. Pool is fantastic and the place is spotless, they seem to constantly clean the foyer and always greeted with a cheery smile when we came back to the hotel, will definitely be back!

The hotel does not meet the conditions of a four-star rating. It is worn out and urgently needs renovation. The state of the rooms is deplorable. The windows don’t close properly, the curtains are torn. When we enter the hotel, we go back on time 40 years but with a lot of wear

Booked 3 rooms for family holiday. We booked studio apartments but we got 1 bed apartment, which were huge with fabulous Seaview and really large balconies. The apartments are a little dated but the size and balconies really make up for it. They are fully equipped with everything you will need for self catering. 2 tvs which we didn't use,2 large sofas which I think were sofa beds,lots of glasses and delph.a fully modernised bathroom with walk in shower. The hotel is being modernised at the moment. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, even allowed us a late checkout as we had a late flight. Bars and restaurants very close by as is the marina.

I am a time share owner who traded a week for this week. The location is perfect for walking to the marina, nearby restaurants, market or pharmacy and the casino is right across the street. The staff is simply amazing from the front desk to the housekeeping and shuttle drivers that take you to golf. (The golf courses are crazy pretty but that’s a different review). The unit itself was a one bedroom and very spacious including a large lanai with views of the ocean and surrounding hotels. But I can’t give five stars because the unit is so old. The TVs aren’t “smart” so no streaming. The appliances are all dangerously old. There’s very little artwork to brighten the place up, the beds were not that comfy. The HVAC was off which was okay because we didn’t need heat or air and could open the doors to the lanai. But a ceiling fan would have been great at night so we could close the door and not be too warm. There is a lot of late night foot traffic below coming from the bars at the marina or the casino and the sounds carry so nighttime earbuds came in handy. The nightstands are small and the lamps are glued down so space is limited for something like a cpap machine should you need it. You must do your own dishes but there is no dishwasher or dish soap so get some at the market. No starter paper towel roll either like in similar units . No coffeepot for us spoiled Americans. Get some instant coffee! Overall we really enjoyed our stay, just wish they would update the units and I would come back.
