Super clean, new, modern, friendly staff and some what close to vieux Québec.. 20 min walk.. highly recommended

Very noisy. Not clean. Waited for our food for 1 hour.

Overall it was a really nice hotel, in a cool area. Sadly since it was SO cold and windy it made exploring rather difficult. Many shops and some restaurants were closed due to the cold. Also the snow on the roads and the parking lots was not being efficiently cleaned so it made parking difficult; this was a bit of a pain considering that I was paying $30 a day for parking. What was very good was that at least the Hotel had THREE parking lots available, all right next to the hotel.

Enjoyed the stay, loved the convenient location, staff was very friendly and provided great service. Will definitely come back here again and refer other people.

The restaurant has stellar food and drinks, and it’s close to everything.

The best thing I loved was the self check-in and check-out

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean. It had everything a hotel room is supposed to have. The location is a bit of a walk from the old town but it’s still close enough. There are some restaurants and stores around the hotel. During summer, the walk should not be an issue at all. The parking was very easy. There is a parking lot for the hotel for an extra charge or there are several parking lots around the hotel (indigo). The check-in/out process was quick and the staff were friendly and had no issues with communication. The pool seemed nice but since there is no sauna or steam room it was a bit cold for us to go in during winter season and there was a few kids playing with their parents splashing water in the pool so didn’t get to take advantage of this amenity. However, the pool area was nice and they offer pool towels upon entry so you don’t have to bring them yourself.

Car park too expensive

Super good

The only thing I liked was the restaurant and Arthur which made great cocktails for us. They charged more than $30 for parking in open area which was muddy and unsafe with no light. Heating system was extremely noisy and couldn’t sleep because of it.

I preferably love the place- the cleanliness and accessibility to all tourist spot. Service of staff is excellent. They helped us booking for bus tour and gave us things to do and visit tourist areas.

Great place in cetral location. Parking fee is horrendeous. Quality hotel with nice restaurant.
