Bien situé au cœur du vieux Québec. Bon rapport qualité prix! Chambre très propre, spacieuse et bien aménagée! Confortable.

C’est une très belle hotel. Chambre petite mais il ne manque rien. L’air climatisée est bruyante et l’insonorisation n’est pas adéquate. Nous entendons les voisins prendre la douche. Dommage

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, good amenities. Gym was awesome and pool was fantastic, too - but VERY chlorine-filled. Hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of a wonderful area but it can be loud at night. We were often woken up by people walking home from the bars or talking loudly on the street late at night. SO many options within walking distance for food, shopping, everything you could want!

We loved our stay in this hotel! It was our first time visiting Old Quebec City and this hotel was the perfect fit for us! Loved pool, clean, comfortable room, well priced, and best part was the location!

We spent 8 nights at the Manoir Victoria. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. The few staff we interacted with were friendly. However, it felt more like a 3 star hotel. The only water available in the rooms was for purchase. All the 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at offer water, whether a jar of tap or water bottles. There is also a big flight of stairs to get to the reception. We get that this is an old hotel but this isn’t advertised in the website. No one receives you when you walk in and you have to carry all that heavy luggage up the stairs. Additionally, no one offered to help us carry our luggage downstairs. These were some of the main issues I had… it’s little hospitality things that make the difference.

The hotel is close to all the tourist attractions in Quebec. Everything is walking distance, the hotel is clean and staff are very accommodating. If there’s anything lacking was hot water inside the room. We have asked several times for hot water but they cant give us anything. Buffet breakfast is for an extra fee, but selection is good.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Manoir Victoria in Old Quebec. Our room was clean and tidy except for a splattering of something on the bathroom door. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was good for the kids, but the highlight of our stay was Bernard at the front desk who makes you feel like a million bucks when he greets you at check-in. Each time we saw him he was friendly and enthusiastic. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed! The location of the hotel is excellent for walking to restaurants and the many Christmas markets.

Relatively small room comparing to other event lower price hotels. Inaccessible long long stairs very inconvenient for people carry heavy suitcases. Don’t know how people with wheelchairs can go up.

Well situated hotel , easy walking to everything and only 10 min to the Chateau . Staff were wonderful , fully bilingual with great suggestions for restaurants outside of the hotel Would highly recommended this hotel and hope to return in the summer
