The motel is in an area of stunning natural beauty. It has a rather faded, "past its best" feel to it.The bed was good and the room well- heated in the cold (we were there in late October). The kitchen equipment was mixed: a good coffee maker and fridge but no saucepans for the hob! The internet was very unreliable. It is adequate for a few days stay: however, there are better options available nearby

A classic Motel where you feel at home. Easy to find and close to the ferry terminal. Could use some upgrades but it's clean and good the way it is.

Our room was down a breezeway, enclosed on one end so no direct access to the outside. Also no view of anything, just the side of the breezeway outside our window. Such a shame for such a beautiful area. No AC so the room was warm and stuffy, even with the fan. Thankfully, the weather did cool at night so offered relief. My single bed was on wheels so rolled when I leaned up against the headboard to watch TV - my husband's single bed was on a block which was much better. The bathroom was clean but small with very little area to store toiletries. It was a dated property with old flooring and furniture. There might be free WiFi but it was very sketchy and limited access to the internet. The TV access was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

No enough parking for all guests, layout of the place like old timer, stairway to the second floor is not safely build. 2 -star level 3- star rate.

Multi-plug for TV and cable connection didn't work. As it was mainly a double room with single bed, one side of double bed had no bedside stand/table. The one used for single bed needs to be used for the double bed.

Property was clean, staff and management were helpful and friendly. Rooms need some updating but we were looking for a hot shower and a good night sleep and that’s what we got

It’s close to the ferry dock. The staff tried to be helpful. Minor repairs are needed. The security lock on our door was broken, for instance, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The wifi is useless, or was the night we were there. If you just want a bed for the night, it’s fine.

Stayed 3 nights. Super friendly and helpful owners and staff.

Right across Queen Charlotte information centre and many of the amenities in Queen Charlotte (Daagiing giid) information centre. I got an upgrade free of charge since it was low season. They have a restaurant that serve big plate Menu. ( you will get huge plate of food compare to the other restaurant in Queen Charlotte
