The environment is very good, and the facilities are also very luxurious. The only drawback is that the location will not be convenient if there is no car.

誤打誤撞住進別墅。但是裏面很整潔乾淨，而且很有生活品質，所以用具和設施都比較高端。在皇后鎮的半山腰上。風景優美。可惜我們住的二天下雨。如果年紀大的還是注意，因為上坡下坡比較累。開車就沒有任何問題。

這家住南酒店沒有前台，需要把信用卡訊息發郵件給他們，需要按金1500紐幣，我們在那裡住了3個晚上，退房時間是上午10點，我們希望加點錢延遲退房到12點，他們不允許，10點多服務人員就進入房間開始收拾，讓我們抓緊離開，我們收拾好11點多離開房間，酒店工作人員沒有和我們溝通，直接扣了300紐幣，作為延時退房費用。這家酒店沒有誠信，隨意扣除客户信用卡里金額，大家遠離這家酒店。衹認錢，不講誠信。

這家酒店適合家庭旅遊或幾個朋友一起。每個房間都有洗手間。客廳廚房單獨一層設施很齊全，洗衣烘乾機還有電梯都很方便。房間精緻設施都很講究，走路到皇后鎮中心800米左右。但回來要爬坡。

房間舒適安靜，環境優美，空間寬敞明亮，設施一應俱全，爬山非常方便。適合家庭或朋友出遊租住。開車去城裡也很方便。

房間很好，位置絕佳，距離也很方便 設施齊全，有烘乾機、洗衣機等，可以自己做飯，適合大家庭或者朋友一起居住

整體很好，風景絕美，沒有前台，無法寄存東西，離開的時候要10點，這是缺點。房間很大，3層，有洗衣機，房子非常舒服。

Absolutely lovely villa. Stunning views, top quality furniture and fittings and spotlessly clean. The villa had a warm and comfortable vibe. At the end of a long ski day we really looked forward to coming home. Check in and check out were seamless. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The most amazing place to stay in Queenstown with families! The views were incredible. The fireplaces nice and cosy after a cold day out. They organised a highchair and baby safety gates. Kitchen equipment had everything you needed. The seperate bathrooms very handy. Close to town. We didnt want to leave!

Really disappointing for the price - the sheets were synthetic so they are itchy and hot, while the bed sinks in the middle and is uncomfortable at best. The living room, view and fireplace are all lovely and we did like having the living area while travelling with friends. Don't expect any service whatsoever - they left us with 2 tiny little bottles of shower gel and body cream for 4 people for 4 nights. When I rang them and asked for more they didn't answer the phone and then left me two messages saying they don't replace toiletries or things in the room. I had also asked for lots of tea, which they didn't provide. We ended up buying a lot of those small things ourselves which is fine except that you expect more from high end accomodation like this. I think it is the small things that make the biggest difference and they just didn't provide us with a good experience in the end. Also the location is a bit crap as they are up the back of this massive hill that you have to trek up and down to get to Queenstown. You are better off staying down the hill or along the lake.

The villa was warm and comforting. The view of queenstown city was beautiful day and night. Each room was very clean and well maintained. The fireplace in the lounge and master bedroom was extraordinary. The kitchen is well equipped and presented.
