I am not happy with the type of beds in the apar**ent. The booking clearly stated that it was one king size with 2 single beds but I found out the apar**ent arranged 2 double beds instead. The next day I called the front desk and he told me because I didn’t requested for 2 single beds so 2 double beds were arranged. When I checked out I showed my booking photos to the staff and he told me I sent an email to them and specifically requested to have a double bed instead of 2 singles. I have never requested for that and I was very upset with these responses. Could trip.com investigate what has been gone wrong in my booking? Thank you.
