When I arrived to the lobby, I was offered my room without much delay. Little I knew the room was at 5 meters from the dinning area so I had ZERO privacy. Every time I walked in or out the patrons just stared at me and peeped inside. On top of that the room had a unpleasant odor. So I immediately returned to the lobby and asked for a exchange. The two employee looked at each other and giggled as if my request was funny. At the end, I was offered an exchange but at an additional cost. At that point I was so exhausted that I accept without complaining. The new room was much better but I found women hair on the bed. Maybe I am just picky. The hotel itself is nice and well located, but it is somewhat noisy since due to the closeness to downtown and the fact the hotel restaurant have live music in the afternoons. The new room had a king size bed which was confortable at least and the bathroom was small but clean. When I was about to checkout, an employee was helping another customer who seemed annoyed. It seemed she was having IT issues. After 10 min, I said I had to catch a flight so I asked if they could expedite the process. I end up asking if I could just leave the keys on the counter and the finally accepted. In my hurry, I left an umbrella in my room but to this day no one has ever called me or notify me about it. This says a lot about the staff as they may be secretly stealing so be careful with your belongings.
