Was not able to stay due to non-availability which was not communicated until I got there an talk to the assistant at their place when I arrived and ready to check in. I sent a text to request parking in the morning but did not get a respose until I left the place unsuccessful in checking in. The staff just said sorry it is not confirmed, which means that it was not booked although in the app it was reflected as booked. I left feeling frustrated upon knowing my family and I cannot stay during the New Year's Eve and that I need to find another place. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
