Swimming Pool and Hot tub were broken but they had passes for the local YMCA. Breakfast was delicious with great variety. Beds were comfortable

I've stayed here many times over the years when I visit family in the area. Staff are top notch and always very friendly. Towels are soft, place is clean, breakfast has a nice selection. Room for improvement: the AC units need to be upgraded, they are loud and it's time to buy new mattresses. Shame on Fairfield to charge a parking free now, this is small town America. Even the ST Louis airport Hotels don't charge hotel guests for parking.

I chose Fairfield Inn for my one-night business stay in Quincy. Conveniently located in what I would consider the eastern side of town it is on a main route. I was greeted as a Mariott Bonvoy member, my room was comfortable and the breakfast met with my expectations. I plan to return to Fairfield Inn during future visits to Quincy.

Very clean room. Comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and fresh. My only con would be the rooms could use a little love and updating. That would not deter me from staying here again though it was a good stay

I want to say our experience was one of the absolute best I have had at any hotel and with any hospitality worker. We got in around 9pm last night and the Front Desk personnel Lindsey (not sure if it’s the right spelling as we were exhausted last night and asked for her name this morning) was so helpful, kind, and energetic. She helped us find a room to meet our families needs and even helped get us a few things we forgot to grab. I wish I could share with you all how awesome this woman was but I know my words can’t express it adequately. I have worked 15+ years in hospitality and retail mostly in management positions and if my employees could have been even half as good as Lindsey was I would have had a phenomenal team. Breakfast was also delicious and broad variety. We all got our fill and enjoyed it. Place was clean. But seriously I’m hoping I get the email to leave an awesome review with Marriott themselves because Lindsey was amazing and made a rough trip so much easier.

Stayed here for the second time and it was great. checking in was simple and pretty quick. Room was clean and comfy. No issues with noise. Breakfast was available the next morning and it was pretty good as well. Highly recommended. We stayed at another local hotel but their breakfast turned into a bagel bar so this was our next option and we will stay here from now on.

Perfect place to stay during travel sports! We froze at at an outdoor soccer game. Went to hotel after, check in was easy and quick, staff immediately let us know they have a washer and dryer and can provide quarters. We put our wet blankets in the dryer and warmed up the hot tub. The hotel was sold out, it didn't feel crowded at all. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves, no wait for the dryer, plenty of food and space at breakfast the next day. This is our place to stay in Quincy.
