The hotel was beautiful and quaint. The owner and staff were very accommodating. We enjoyed the personal service that you don’t get in larger hotels. Beautiful views of Quito and lots to do within a walking distance. Would highly recommend this charming hotel.

We stayed at this cozy little B&B at the beginning and end of our trip to Ecuador. We therefore had 2 different rooms and 2 different experiences. The first room was located street side and there was therefore a lot of noise during the night. The other room was at the top floor, a premium room, but also street side, but had better soundproof windows, so we could sleep. However, it was pretty warm when we were in Quito, and there was no air in the room and only a small window to get some air. The staff is beyond friendly and service minded and will do everything to assist. The location is great for exploring the old town.

I stayed here on a solo trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos. My guide recommended Hotel Casa Gardenia and I am so glad that he did. It was a wonderful place to stay, well situated in the Historic Centre of Quito. I felt very safe wandering the area especially with the map the front end people gave me that showed where it was advisable to walk or not walk. The service was impeccable. I have celiac disease and they gave me options for the breakfast ,which I appreciated. My room was on the street side of the building and there was some street noise. However, I put my sound machine on and it was absolutely fine. I loved coming in at the end of the day and having a glass of wine in the sitting area, looking at the view. One little bonus, directly across the street was a laundromat. I was able to have all my cleaning done before departing back home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel that exceeded all expectations. The warmth of the hospitality extended by the staff made our stay truly memorable. Nestled in an ideal location, the hotel provided convenient access to local attractions. What stood out most was the amazing modern design that seamlessly blended style with comfort. Highly recommended for those seeking a unique and delightful accommodation experience.

Our stay was exceptional and I would return in a minute. Breakfast was superb with matching service. The front desk went out of the way to provide us with a map, directions and advice for restaurants and safety. The hotel has great night time views. Highly recommended!!!

A nice Bed & Breakfast. Nice clean rooms. I saw a silverfish crawl on the wall, but I guess that normal in Ecuador. NB it's not a hotel, but they can make some cheese/ham plate for you if you want something light to eat. Very friendly staff, so helpful when there was some confusions about the flight tickets our agent had booked.

Great B&B. Andreas, the proprietor, was warm and friendly, even when we showed up at 2 am from our late night flight arrival into Quito. Great location in the historic district, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. We even asked to come back for a few more days at the end of our trip as we enjoyed our time there so much.

A fantastic place to stay. Quite small but the service from all the staff was immense. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was available all day in the breakfast room. Location is good with main square only a few safe walking minutes away.
