ビラカルソヴォ(Villa Calussovo)

Very high price. People said the accommodation and breakfast was very good, but it was trash. The couple who run the place didnt care about the customer. It’s not allowed to smoke in the house, but ofcourse they did. Even in the room, everything was stinky and we had to ask for another room upstairs, just to not inhale the smoke. Also the bed I got, a folding bed, lacked a few wooden planks. The owner said she didnt see it, but I am sure she keeps on trying to use this bed, and in case someone sees it’s broken, then they replace it. The same with the light in the room, she said someone would come tomorrow to fix it, but Im sure they keep on saying the same to everyone, because energy costs will be lower. Also the mosquito net was broken and we had a very very bad sleep. Breakfast was so extremely poor, that we decided to not eat many of it, probably those were leftovers. At the end when we checked out and we’re forced to pay an additional 30€ for the foldable bed, and on *********** they say: no additional costs for your 17 year old child. After some calls to make sure it’s not fake, we decided to pay. We payed for the stay by card, and the owner said we had to pay the additional 30€ with cash, which ofcourse means it’s still common to pay under the table unfortunately. We said it’s not legal, and she ‘backed off’ and said it’s OK. So at the end, some may find it a good place and some not, because of some factors, like the clean swimming pool.

The property has a very tranquil feeling. The pool is fantastic. Our room was spacious and very quiet. The owners are very nice and welcoming, and so is sweet Luna, their little dog. Perfect base for sightseeing Isteria and to recharge uour battery. We thank the owner for a wonderful experience.

Calm and peaceful hotel with beautiful garden and Swimmingpool

Etwas abgelegen, dafür sehr ruhig und kein Problem mit einem Wagen. Extrem sauber und freundlich! Küche: Keine grosse Auswahl, dafür sehr gut und Extrawünsche kein Problem.Ich würde immer wieder dort buchen!

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel lors d’un roadtrip. Il est difficile à trouver (seul Google Maps le situé correctement) mais on tombe sous le charme dès l’arrivée. Il s’agit d’un charmant petit hôtel dans un cadre privilégié, complètement au calme. L’accueil est extrêmement chaleureux et agréable. La chambre est basique et un peu vieillotte mais elle est propre et ne manque de rien. La literie était un peu trop dure à notre goût. Ce qui nous a posé un réel problème est la climatisation qui est extrêmement bruyante et ne fonctionne pratiquement pas, ce qui nous a valu une nuit très compliquée vu la chaleur en plein mois d’août et le nombre de moustiques une fois qu’on ouvre la fenêtre. De plus, nous étions au deuxième étage, sous le toit, ce qui n’a certainement pas aidé pour la chaleur … Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel. Nous étions quasi seuls et donc bien au calme sur la jolie petite terrasse. Ce n’était pas un repas extraordinaire mais nous avons bien mangé et ce n’était pas cher du tout. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. On sent que tout est fait pour faire plaisir aux clients.

Non è un 5* , ma accoglienza , pulizia , tranquillità me lo fanno mettere tra i primi posti . Posti veramente incantevole
