It’s alright. The pool could be better. You have to pay to use hammam apparently.

避雷！！！千萬避雷！！不要住！！！設施還算ok，但真的巨坑，強收費！！！！我定的兩人入住的房間，入住當晚説我這個訂的一個人住的，説了一句就也沒説了，結果住了兩天退房時候，掏出一個單子説這是額外費用，扣着我行李不交錢不讓走，問説是什麼費用，説是第二個人兩天的早餐費用220DH，問題是第二天都沒吃早餐，説是不管吃沒吃都要付，強買強賣啊，根本沒有提前告知，看我們最後要走了趕飛機開始強買強賣

We were welcomed with lovely mint tea and a pastry. Nice room. I loved my view of the street, it adds to atmosphere of being in the town. Nice comfy chair to sit in. Really good shower in the bathroom although the bathroom was quite small with nowhere to put toiletries or clothes. Hotel in walking distance of a good bar, the Upstairs Bar. Dinner at the hotel was included in our tour. It wasn’t the best but breakfast was lovely. In the foyer there is a sort of computer juke box projected onto a screen in reception. The concierge showed us how to use it which was fun.

Small room, poor service, poor location. We stayed here as part of a tour group which claim that the hotels on the tour are 4 star hand-selected to reflect the price that we pay. This is definately a 2 or 3 star hotel. Rooms were small. We got one that faced the main road, woken up at 2 am by a series of loud motor bikes. Windows were not soundproof. Requested a change of room the next day. Do not take a room facing the road. Service - we requested an extra roll of toilet paper (because of how thin it was) and the answer was WHY do we need an extra one!! They have an egg station for eggs/omelette made to order. The "chef" undercook my omelette, when I asked her to cook it more she just stared at me and passed me the plate. Of course I just dumped it. The next morning I saw the same woman mopping the floor. So they have the same staff moping the floor and cooking your food. Location - it is in town but nothing worth exploring.

The hotel was located in a quiet area with little commerce nearby and many places were closed due to Ramadan. So, not much to do during our stay there. Rooms were fairly small and it was a dry hotel so no Happy hour. Surprised that an International travel company would select this hotel.

Very rude male staff Waheel who is overnight staff at reception on the 21st February . He should learn some customer service and was confrontational and aggressive person . Needs training for international guests I was staying there for a week . I booked a transfer with hotel to airport and asked him to check if taxi was confirmed in the morning as i had early flight . He said its too early in the morning to call the driver, it should turn up . .I asked him to check with driver. He said no . Its not his problem and started raising his voice like he wants to fight. . The female staff are nice and pleasant. When she started the shift at 8 am she confirmed its fine as it was in the log book. He was so lazy he couldn't even do that . I emailed the hotel months in advance for plant based milk as I have intolerance but they never replied . When I requested it the night before they said sorry we dont have soya milk. So I paid to stay for a week but they can't even get a bottle of milk for me. I m vegan so all I had was hot water and cornflakes . I said I cant eat hot breakfast in the morning but wanted to take some grilled vegetables out with a container . Being vegan is hard in Morroco The waiter said no. His words where its not my problem. . I spoke to.the manager. He finally agreed to let me take food out daily . I said I paid for breakfast for a week and im getting nothing and not eating anything. Finally the pool was cold but the door key kept on not working daily and I had to charge them daily . Overall if they have international guests they should cater for intolerance and diets . This is not a 4 star international hotel experience, they should cater for foreign guests if they taking their money . Clean hotel some staff okay but others need training. Don't stay here read other reviews

There are better places to stay in Rabat in much nicer locations. Unfortunately we booked through a tour company due to lack of time. Like most places we stayed at, there is no milk provided. The bar fridge did not work. Multiple calls to hotel reception went unanswered even though I was told to contact them for anything we need. Tour groups are prioritized so dinner took a long time to be served, Breakfast was OK.

We were staying as part of our group tour in Morocco. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The bed was good. There is an extensive breakfast - including a chocolate fountain for your waffles, etc

The best hotel in the city so far for now im traveling a lot and i recommend this one, the room is clean and and all utilities are available and good quality the people working there are respectful and helful. I recommend ans happy to stay there.and this is one of the best hotels that i stayed in. A hidden gem to discover new and gold better than 5 stars and known hotels

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as a part of our Collette-guided tour of Morocco. The stay was comfortable, and everything was working in the room. The breakfast was delicious, and they had an omelet station for hot custom egg preparation. I drank Moroccan Mint tea at this hotel for the first time and liked it instantly.
