I had an amazing experience at their hotel. Every detail was well thought. It was very luxurious. I loved their afternoon tea concept with the piano concert. The service was very professional. We were served by Merve at the lobby lounge area, she was very kind, welcoming and professional. Also the spa experience was very exclusive. I loved the jacuzi and the salt room. Even when leaving the hotel the staff named Çağlar was very helpful for us to direct and inform us about the Kuwait city. I would highly recommend you this hotel.

Thanks to Mr. Gokul for his excellent service, and all food were delicious most specially the seafoods , highly recommended kind of dining experience , we’ll definitely refer our friends to visit and experience the one of the best Mediterranean cuisine and their resto place is accessible for all shops In Avenues mall

The place is very beautiful that makes me feel that I breathe freely, and the coffee was one of the most wonderful Turkish coffees that I also tried. The lemon tart reminded me of old memories and a very beautiful old taste that carries happy memories. Thank you Simon for this unique and beautiful experience. I hope that God will bless you.

I recommend this place for everyone and I really enjoyed the service which provided by Jeries and his team (Simon, Sunil, Ramzyia), I really appreciate how they are working together one team and I will never forget this day as how they treated me and my friends. We had the most amazing stay at the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by amazing service! Roula and the front desk team took attentive care of us before introducing us to Sole at the Ikaros Club Lounge. Sole and the staff in the lounge (Maryam, Fenita, Mary, Sumit and Viv) facilitate one of the most beautiful lounges we have been to. Nothing was too much trouble. A special thanks to Sole for the personal touches she put on the most thoughtful gestures! We will certainly visit again Nick and Hafwen

Everything was comfortable, the sweet is amazing and in general WALDORF one of the best hotels in Kuwait.. The experience was very wonderful and special in ikaros club very comfortable and quiet place👍🏻 also the spa area its was so relaxing❤️

Nice room and very clean nice bathroom .. Sam at the valet is so kind and very helpful !Thank you sm!!very nice experience we had no problems at all everything was perfect the hotel was perfect.Definitely need to go again and very nice that the mall is next to us !

all staff are wonderful especially turgut, Sam and most of them I don't remember their names.. Ramadan experience was wonderful.. the a**osphere was so cosy and comfortable.. I couldn't eat at the Ramadan Buffet but wish to find reservations next time.. children area was so nice
