Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort

Saya memesankan untuk teman2 saya yang lain. Kami total Ber7 orang. 2 orang memesan single Club Room sedangkan. Yang main kamar superior tapi kami semua mendapatkan upgrade class oleh kebaikan General Managernya. Hotel di Kuba ini adalah group dari Archiepelago Hotel Indonesia. Kamar luas, tv layar lebar dan bisa mirroring dari HP untuk nonton Youtube, Netflix dll. Semua all in. Kami sangat enjoy stay di Aston. Terima kasih Aston

I choice ones again Aston Costa Verde Beach and Resort as always I'm a returning guest from Canada. I love the beach, swimming pool, sand and people, staff is very good special thanks to Yuniet customer service she always help me when I need it and deal with my complaints.

A paradise away from home. I visited from May 7 to 14/24 solo as a senior. Was surprised at the excellent service received throughout. Everything was available, no shortages of food and drinks that I noticed. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Beach was very relaxing just as I like it. Resort was very quiet and not too busy due to my timing of visit. Room was very clean and looked fairly new (bldg 19). Yalexis was very friendly and did an excellent job. Even shampoo, soap etc. were always available. Lifeguards and security where were always on duty and visible. Shuttle was very efficient throughout the resort. Grounds were well kept. Excellent friendly service at reception. Food was quite good (for Cuba). I found everything I needed. Service in restaurants was prompt, friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Norge and Oleidis for their friendly attention. I visit Cuba several times during the year and this was one of the Best and hope to return soon again. Thanks to all for making this trip special for me.

My family and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. Our FAVOURITE pool bar was the Mojito pool bar. Leo was fabulous and made sure we were taken care of at all times. Our kids looked forward to seeing him everyday and knew him by name. Drinks, music and fun. We love Leo and his kind heart.

I like the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, especially the condition of the air conditioners. The restaurant offerings are in accordance with the availability of supplies. I would like to highlight the quality of service of the staff. Especially Yuniet in public relations, Roger at the reception and Lilian in the reservations of the specialized restaurants, all very attentive. I will surely repeat the experience soon.

We love the Aston. It is beautiful and the people are wonderful.. Oleidys and Leo at the bar take great care of us as do all of the staff. From reception to restaurants to cleaners and animation team led by Cesar. An amazing group of caring people that we consider family.

The time spent feeling between family , room service excellent have smart TV & coffee machine fridge clean and new furniture, swimming pools quit and clean all time with excellent bar service . Beach is amazing with experience guards. Lovely

The best part of the trip was hanging out at the pool bar with the most genuine and fun bartender I've ever met Leovanny Diaz. You can tell this guy loves his job, always good vibes. If I go back it would definitely be because of him. Definitely a good soul
