Nicely welcomed when arrived, accomodation clean and excellent location.

Friendly staff Room in the apar**ent but needs updating. There was a smell when we opened the door and although we kept the balcony door open all the time we were in, it still smelt every time we opened the front door. The en-suite sliding door was noisy and next to the bed waking you up if it was opened. Had to keep it shut because the toilet was forever filling (maybe ballcock needed replacing) and was so noisy it kept us awake. Didn’t use the kitchen area as when we smelt the cups they were disgusting, you have to wash your own pots so presume the people before washed them in dirty water and they were never checked. No car park as such you put your car in a garage, cannot comment on the pool as didn’t use it we tried to stay out as much as possible. If we hadn’t been doing the tour to Frazer Island we wouldn’t have stayed at Rainbow beach, not much going on and although the sea is nice the beach has black in the sand leaving you with dark grey sand on you and your towel etc, worse beach we’ve been on while touring Australia. It is within walking distance to an everything but ‘everything’ is not alot. The only thing I would recommend is Ed’s bakery, pies were tasty.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the resort, however we need to point out a few things that were new to us who travel much internationally a) Keys given didn’t lock or unlock any door including garage’s, though when inside the apar**ent we could lock the doors including garage’s b) Having paid the amount due for 3 days, we found it ‘unusual’ being asked to clean the apar**ent before leaving c)Place was not quiet from daybreak onwards with kids about though we do make allowances for kids being on boliday

This was a Travel Auction package that we had, well what a surprise this was to us. Absolutely beautiful, the apar**ents were very well furnished, plenty of room, great facilities, including a washing machine and dryer. The manager and staff were very kind, and helpful, we rang earlier in the day to see if we could get into our apar**ent earlier than usual, and they kindly abliged. The apar**ents are only a very short walk to the main area of Rainbow Beach. You could leave the car in the garage and just walk everywhere, including to the main beach, to the Sandblower, and to all the necessary facilities that one needs or wants. We thoroughly enjoyed our little stay there. The only negative is that they don't have a golf club, but there's a bowls club. We hope to be back there one day soon. But I think we'll have to book early, as this place of Rainbow Beach is a unknown gem, hidden away from all the hype of The Fraser Coast. 💖❤🧡💛💙💜💚 loved it.

Well what can I say about this magnificent place. It was such a great experience to stay at this beautiful property. Our apar**ent was fantastic, very clean, very spacious, the staff were very kind and they even let us into the apar**ent earlier than expected. Itwas a huge surprise to see a proper lounge suite that was comfortable. Rainbow Beach was itself a beautiful place to visit. It has great little eateries, beautiful beach walks. The location of these apar**ents are just a 2 minute walk from almost everything. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a great break.

We came up here to stay late Jan 2022, as this time of year can become less busy. We HV stayed here for a few years now, and why we keep coming back, is because with 2 teenagers, the accommodation keep them busy. The pool enough for a cool down, internet, walking distance to shops. The rooms are always clean, plenty of room, and it's a great price for us of 6. Marianne the Manager is so amazing and will go out of her way for you to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend!

Very courteous hosts who were supportive for our large family gathering. Property is located on a busy road so traffic noise was a little disturbing. We stayed 3 nights X 2 apar**ents to accommodate our families.
