ビズ ザ ホテル(Bizz the Hotel)

We've stayed at this property numerous times from 2021 - very recently in April-May 2024. The hotel started off really well with all aspects: Hygiene, food options, property maintenance, room facilities. We were very impressed in 2021 and were certain that this would be our go to Hotel in Rajkot for all future visits. Unfortunately our most recent experience wasn't pleasant. The room was dirty, when we checked in our first room: the window was blocked out with some cardboard, the bed was not clean there was hair everywhere. I asked to change the room and the request was accomodated but the rooms in general need to be maintained. The bedding also needs to be kept up to standards. The bathroom taps were flakey (they would work but would be difficult to shut and would need a lot of force otherwise they would just leak the whole day), there was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom too. Overall the location of this hotel is perfect but if the property is not maintained then it'll not be somewhere we return. Pretty sad but this is the truth. Requires immediate attention.

The hotel is situated in the centre, so everything is very close. The staff were so kind and catered to our needs. The food at the resturant was also very good and the staff were there to help and serve :) Rooms were big enough to fit your suitcases and still have plenty of room. The shower could do with some work, however for a short stay it was good enough.

Very clean hotel. Well placed for local shopping. Food was excellent too. Staff very courteous. Enjoyed the stay

The property is centrally located. Food is awesome, amenities are incomplete as there is no arrangements for drivers stay, and with regards to sevices the check out time is rigidly at 10 am which is very inconvenient. The reception staff does not demonstrate flexibility.

terrible stay , they don't allow couple without marriage proof which is utter stupidity, we were force to show them some documents which proves we were married has no window continues noise from near by road staff are very rude and don't consider that we were travelling from last 3 days

One room was upgraded to the suite, my parents however got a very small dirty room. The room was smelly and very small. The next day we were to check out and i called the reception they said one room is available you can continue your stay, when i got down i was told it’s not possible. They took 3 hours of me packing, unpacking and packing. The service wasn’t upto par nor was the cleanliness. Some staff were really good.

No amenities. Cost taken is not fulfilling the basic requirements. O dour in washrooms. Room sizes small.

We stayed in Bizz in Jan 2024, and we had 4 rooms on the second floor. Rooms were clean & spacious. All the staff in Bizz were so welcoming & helpful. Bizz was situated on Yagnik Road, which is very convenient for shopping. The food was lovely & and the restaurant staff were good. When we required anything, from housekeeping, they were very efficient. I would like to say thank you to Nasir, the duty manager. He was so polite, helpful & very kind. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Booing was accepted so left bags at hotel to be transferred to room while hubby going treatment to hospital. Upon return were informed no booking. They could see my hubby in pain and needed rest. We had to do a new booking at a much higher rate that also without breakfast. Call this HOSPITALITY??? The room allocated - there was continuous noise - dogs barking, traffic throughout the night and could not sleep. Had to go down to reception to info the same. They said they can't stop the dogs barking. The following day we were thrown out of the breakfast room- A Shah
