Best Western Amarys

BW de qualité: les chambres, les espaces communs type piscine, salle de restauration sont impeccables. Mention très bien pour l'intégralité du personnel toujours souriant, agréable et à l'écoute. Seul bémol, le site: bien qu'éloigné de Rambouillet, la circulation routière et ses nuisances sonores sont permanents sauf dans les chambres parfaitement insonorisées.

We were happy to find the Hotel Amarys, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Every member of the staff we came in contact with morning or late night all gave the same amazing service. The room was clean, and vere sufficient. Breakfast is delicious.Pillows are wonderful.It is also in a great location as far as proximity to town, trains, and shops. While being close to everything it was still a quiet location. I hope everyone else has as great an experience as we had.

We could not stay. At this address we found a construction site (chantier). After discussion with the reception we left to find another hotel. This hotel should not be open during the works.

The hotel is going through a major renovation, which is understandable, but some notice would have been appreciated so you can make a decision. There is dust everywhere, and it gets on all belongings. The rooms are small and very basic. A small kettle, and a clock - but you have to unplug one to use the other. The soap for the hand wash had run out. The rooms don't get cleaned while you stay, and towels are not changed, despite putting a sign on the door to request a fresh towel after 2 nights. The restaurant is really affected by the changes, with a knocked down wall through. Breakfast was very basic but still expensive. Perhaps useful for people to know, that there are several supermarkets just behind.

The rooms were clean and the food was delicious. We enjoyed our stay!

Booked many weeks in advance from the UK as a treat so we could use the pool and relax for two days during a motorbike tour. Arrived hot and tired to find it nothing like the photos. A complete building site. Forget pool....No receptions, incomplete stairs, building materials everywhere, no reception etc etc. We had pre-booked with full price and the manager just laughed it off.

I have stayed here before and like it. There were extensive building works being undertaken (not an issue) but this meant there was no evening dining at the weekend. Not sure why as the breakfast was fine.

The property was under construction! It's a mess.

Clean and tidy hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. On site parking was useful and no problems. Room was clean and had all that we needed. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good. Would visit again if in the area.
