Perfect hotel, very fast service, Awesome foods. Every thing was perfect. Neat and clean room, staffs are very polite, good behavier and helpfull. The location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast was a large buffet. The BAR was Awesome.

We went to Capitol Hill in Nov 2023 with a group of college friends for a college Reunion. The location of the hotel is on a very busy street and the view from the hotel is only of the busy street. However, the hotel itself is comfortable and very well run. The staff were very attentive and service was impeccable. We stayed for 4 days and the food quality was outstanding for all our meals. We also used a conference room for our meetings and the service and care to our needs was excellent. We felt very welcome at the hotel and i would recommend this hotel for visitors to Ranchi.

I must point out a very unique guest-services experience I had while staying here. I had an issue trying to summon KFC delivery to the hotel -- my phone was going wonky, KFC's online ordering was going wonky, credit card company was trying to send authentication challenges that never arrived... but the crew at the front desk helped me out. Four dudes piled on to one task all so I could get my hands on a biryani bucket. And in the end, the KFC did indeed arrive. Kudos to the front desk crew that night at Capitol. I salute you.

Horrible experience in true sense. I was initially offered a room with full of hairs lying everywhere in the room, was taken to a second room which was supposed to be a higher category room however found the same even more unhygienic with different types and shapes of hairs lying on bed, inside coffee cups, on the floor and all over the room. I was extremely upset and wanted to talk to the hotel ***ager but he did not have courtesy to even call me once. I was offered the 3rd room which was again dirty, long and short hairs lying on bed, floor and coffee table. The hotel staff left no stone unturned to ensure the offer horrible experience to guest like me. Hotel ***ager did not have time to speak to guest or probably wanted to avoid a irate guest. Horrible experience, please think 10 times to book this hotel. The room rate is as good as 5 star hotel but service is pathetic, even a road side dhaba will provide better service than this hotel. Will never ever book this hotel in my life.

The check in process was very smooth and the staff at the front desk was very cooperative. They even allowed me with an early check in. The rooms are clean. The breakfast spread was very good and loads of options

Very pleasant stay. Service is excellent. Food is very tasty. Staff behaviour is very good. Ms. Varsha at front office very polite and prompt in service. She is very professional and understands the need of the customer. ☺ I would definitely recommend as the best hotel.

We flew to Ranchi to attend a friend's wedding. We booked this hotel for our stay. It is a bit rough round the edges concerning decor in the room, but all staff were very helpful and accommodating to our requests. The breakfast was a large buffet, which did alter on the Indian selection. The meals we had in the evening, in the restaurant and bar were also good quality. We had a lovely trip to Ranchi assisted by the hospitality at this hotel. Comparing it to a larger 5-star hotel now back in Delhi, this smaller hotel provided a more petsonalised service, which made it a winner.
