La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rancho Cordova Sacramento

it was a nice stay.. we love it, but maybe they can add more variety for breakfast.. and also the elevator is so old.. other than that.. it was nice :) all the staff were friendly .. and the bed is so comfy+ soft.. love it

Bathroom had boogers on the wall next to the toilet paper and on the door frame. Bed and pillows were atrocious. Woke up in extreme back pain. Noise level was unbearable. You could hear the adjoining rooms TV and every movement in the hall way. Under the main door was disturbing light from the hallway. Groups of kids were running the halls freely at 11:30 pm. Please enforce a curfew or make sporting teams sign a behavioral contract.

My sister and I traveled together and felt so safe and welcomed by the front desk. The room was very clean as well. A great place to stay while on our road trip for a quick, safe place.

Nice and courteous team. Only reason for 4 stars is because upon check in the front desk man was greeting a homeless man walking upstairs

The hotel has a hot water problem. One they knowingly knew prior to checking in, but intentionally neglected to mention because they were more motivated to get your money. In addition, people of the night frequent the parking lot, and the breakfast is subpar and only open to 9am, not the traditional 10am.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Every day there was no hot water to take a shower. Even when i changed rooms, the water was super cold.

Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. None of the days that I stayed here had hot water. Other guest, along with myself, complained about they are not being any hot water, but nothing was done to fix it. Other than not having hot water things seem to be pretty fun. A dance team was staying on the floor I was staying on and I’m assuming they won their competition since they were up partying almost all night, and yes, they were very loud, but I do not hold this against the hotel. I did not even file a complaint, I just let them enjoy their fun.

Handle broken off of sliding glass door. Management said that a previous guest broke the handle, and they were still waiting for the replacement part. Shower water was ice cold even after letting it run for 20 minutes. So much for water conservation. Never have experienced such a thing. Management was unable to address the issue.

Selected La Quinta because of their pet policy, which is reasonable $25 per pet and their pet friendly rooms. However, our room needs basic maintenance. The convenient patio door was damaged and very hard to open. When I requested a maintenance check on Saturday, I was informed "no maintenance today." The bathroom was updated - except the toilet seat was not the correct size, so the bowl "stuck out" farther than the seat. Breakfast was basic hot/cold items. Staff were very friendly
