ホテル シターラ(Ramoji Film City- Sitara Luxury Hotel)

This hotel is overrated. Most facilities are old. The prices are very high for the only reason of Ramoji Film City location. One morning they served only flakes for breakfast because of ***y rooms unoccupied.

The Ramoji Ka Sitara Hotel is excellent, and the hotel staff members are very kind and helpful in all situations, especially Mr. Zilani. He is always active and ready to support, whether it's day or night. The only thing is hotel is not giving BTC service for corporates Thank you.

This hotel stands out as one of the finest I've experienced. From the exceptional hospitality and service to the delightful food and attentive staff, every aspect exceeded expectations. A stay of at least three days is recommended to fully explore all the nearby tourist attractions and activities. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Zilani for his exceptional rooming service and hospitality, and to Mr. Mallesh and Chef Naresh for crafting the most exquisite dishes imaginable.

My recent hotel stay was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The amenities were top-notch, especially the fitness center and the delicious breakfast offered each morning. The location was perfect, close to attractions and transportation. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Can’t wait to come back!

1st visit to Hyderabad as well as to Ramoji hotel sitara Stay was very comfortable Food was delicious Staff were so lovely We came to attend conference of Samco Securities Pvt Ltd We had good time to enjoy carnival festival It was excellent in the evening time

We had a pleasent stay at hotel sitara First time we were stayed for conference We had stayed for two nights and three day It was a great experience Filled luxurious service Food was mouth watering Staff were very hospitable Would like to come back with friends and family Dhananjay

Very irresponsible front desk staff.i faced two terrible situations with one night stay itself 1) we booked for a premium room for one day stay ***** with the film City package.nearly 15000 I had paid for 1 night before 3 weeks itself. I asked for a king size bed room but they gave me room having twin bed which are not connected with each other.i told to change that room but they showed me interconnected room.i was not comfortable with interconnected room. Then the front desk staff told me that in that hotel premium rooms with king size bed are all interconnected or else we have to take the room with 2 single bed.so as we have to stay for the night we had to compromise with the sitara facilities. 2) we ordered a cab through sitara front desk. They gave me a cab to drop me at my destination. I paid 2500 to the driver. But unfortunately some luggage was inside car front seat itself. We forgot to take it out.As sitara front desk didn't give me driver's number at cab booking,I called sitara front desk for driver's number. At that time they told me that they are not having that driver's number and they provided me with Srinivasa travels reception number and it was not attended. I contacted them back and they didn't attend my call. After calling continuously they attended and told that they are trying to contact sreenivas travels as they are not having the particular driver's number whom was arranged by sitara front desk staff itself. So if anything cause in middle sitara is not able to trace out what happened to their customer to whom they have arranged the cab facility The front desk staff is so irresponsible so that none will book rooms in sitara the second time So my humble request to everyone is that please do not book rooms in sitara unless you are ok with twin bed rooms or connected rooms. Moreover please don't book cab through sitara because they don't even know the driver's number who is picking or dropping you

Me and my husband has enjoyed the 2 night and 2 day stay a lot. Food was a little bland but overall experience was very nice and comforting. Special thanks to Ganesh for the amazing service at our Candle light dinner and some cool pictures. Thanks for making our time here special
