Very nice view when you're on the right side of the hotel. Rooms are oke. Bed are a bit low and make cracking sounds. No airco but the fly screen on the window is very welcome! There is a place for parties on the water in front of the hotel. Ask at the hotel before booking if there is a party because it causes a lot of sound!! You won't regret it!

We stayed almost 2 weeks here visiting family. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The staff was excellent. Marcus Holz at the front desk was particularly helpful. Both restaurants were enjoyable and we liked the open fireplace in bar/dining room. The view of lake, and the nature walks along the lake were enjoyable.

This is a wonderful hotel at the edge of a lake. Ask for a lakeview room, you will not regret the decision. There is a lot of wildlife at the lake and you are able to view it all right from your window. Some rooms have balconies that you can step out on and enjoy the view. My room happened to be upgraded to a suite as they ran out of the room type I reserved. So I had way more then I expected when I arrived. Rooms are comfortable and beds are very typical European. They were clean and comfortable. There are shops and services available a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant serves a daily breakfast and it is delicious. There are lots of choices and everything tastes fresh. Dinner is available most nights but you must make a reservation. We ate dinner one night when we were tired and the food was very good - the service was excellent. We were all very happy with our meal experience that night. The hotel is decorated nicely (we were there in mid-December) and is spacious. There is even a small bowling alley in the hotel. If you need anything just ask. The hotel was able to help me get a taxi in the very early morning hours to catch a flight. They also could cover the taxi fare as they wanted cash and just charged it to my room. Anytime I needed anything or had questions they were happy to help, even if that mean a small language barrier or needing to call other colleagues and find the answer. The only part I didn't understand is that my room would not be cleaned daily. I wasn't clear on that at check-in so I was a bit surprised during my stay.. I take part responsibility as I really can't speak German. So I wasn't able to read signs very well if it was explained there. But honestly it was not that big a deal for me and had there been a big problem I could have just asked for help at the desk - I'm sure they would have helped me out. I very much hope to return to this hotel in the future. I am already hoping we have an event there next year at this time and I can visit the hotel again.

Tolles Disco Hotel. Hausrecht hat hier Vorrang. Bis in den 2. Stock ist die Veranstaltung einer Hochzeit bis nach Mitternacht zu hören. Selbst ein Anruf bei der Polizei war zwecklos und man verwies auf das Hausrecht.

Schon bei einem sehr freundlichen Gespräch im Vorfeld unserer Anreise teilte man uns mit, das Hunde gern gesehene Gäste sind! Nach dem einchecken haben wir einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Ranggsdorfer See genießen dürfen! Das Essen ist der absolute Hammer, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und das gesamte Ambiente genial. Auch wenn wir eine Riesen Vorliebe für die Nordsee haben, wird dieses Haus in Zukunft zu unseren Lieblingszielen gehören und wenn ich nochmal auf das Essen zurück kommen darf, ich bin einfach sprachlos von dieser Küche auch wenn ich schon hunderte auf diesem Planeten in aller Herren Länder genossen habe! Wer hier noch nicht war hat echt was verpasst! Ihr werdet begeistert sein! 👏👏👏

Unsere Ankunft am Hotel erfolgte auf einem Samstag Nachmittag, rings um das Hotel waren zahlreiche Menschen unterwegs die zum angrenzenden öffentlichen Teil des Sees gingen. Viele geparkte Autos auf der kleinen Zufahrt zum Hotel. Das Hotel selber hat eigene Parkplätze, hier konnte man kostenlos parken. Das Einchecken ging ziemlich schnell, ohne irgendwelche Tipps zur Umgebung oder zum Restaurant. Das Zimmer selber war nicht gerade groß, bei 30Grad ohne Klimaanlage. Nur ein lautstarker Lüfter der fast mehr Lärm machte als ein "Presslufthammer. Nach einem Anruf an der Rezeption kam jemand vom Service und schaute sich das ganze an, zuckte mit den Schultern und sagte:die sind alle so. Auf mehrmaliges Zureden, immer wieder mit der Antwort: die sind alle alt, wurde uns dann ein neuer gebracht. Dieser funktionierte dann auch,was bei 30 Grad aber keine Linderung verschaffte. Die Zimmer sind bestimmt so alt wie der Ventilator, einfach altmodisch eingerichtet. Vor Jahren mochte das noch ein nobler Stil gewesen sein, nun aber einfach nur abgenutzt. Das Bad war mit einer Dusche ausgestattet, überall Kalkreste an der Duschkabine. Eine blaue Heizung, rundet den Verdacht ab das es sich hierbei um einen Restposten gehandelt hat der einfach mal schnell verbaut wurde. Sonst befand sich nichts in ähnlicher Farbe im Bad oder im Zimmer. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, zu wenig Auswahl für den Preis. Wir werden hier nicht wieder übernachten, das Hotel ist unser Meinung nach ein Blender.

Der Ausblick war klasse. Das Essen einfach schlecht. Abendessen mit undefiniertem Fleisch. Das Frühstück mit Aufbackbrötchen und Aufschnitt vom Discounter. Lohnt nicht. 2 Punkte gibt es für die Lage..

Top Lage direkt am See, Zimmer war im Anbau und sehr geräumig mit einem schicken Badezimmer, leider konnte man in kleinster Weise Einfluss auf die Raumtemperatur nehmen da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war. Der absolute Hit war der unfreundlichste Mann beim Ein und Auschecken, so geht man nicht mit Kunden um, es gab bei 2 Übernachtungen keinen Service, somit war dann auch kein Duschgel mehr da, hier sollte man 4 Sterne einmal deutlichst hinterfragen.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am See gelegen, leider stimmt die Preis/Leistung Verhältnis nicht. Im Sommer sehr heiß OHNE Klimaanlage. Das Personal nicht besonders entgegenkommend.Für das spärliche Angebot überteuert.
