ラアス・アル・ハイマのバーのあるホテル

What an absolutely amazing place!! Spent 3 nights (wish it had been more) with family, including 3 young grandchildren. It is not your typical hotel but individual villas with plunge pool and the biggest bathroom I’ve ever seen. The villas are positioned so there is total privacy - apart from a passing camel or oryx! As the villas are within a large nature reserve bikes are provided to get around on which the children loved. The bird song is constant and so uplifting. There are horses to ride and camels, falconry displays, nature trips and a lovely swimming pool. The staff are wonderful and make you feel very special. The food is superb with the best service ever. There is a bar on the roof where you can have a drink and watch the sun set - beautiful. I cannot fault one thing about this hotel. We all (7 of us) loved it and really want to return one day. I can honestly say that, apart from the Ritz-Carlton in Bali which I visited many years ago, this is the most memorable and special place I have ever been to.

私たちにとって、ホテルは完璧でした。 2つのベッド、大きなバスルーム、山と港の景色を備えた広々とした静かなコーナールーム。屋上に素敵なプールエリア。十分な駐車スペースがあります。午後7時から午後9時まで、ハッピーアワーは夕食時に飲み物にも適用されます。私たちは朝食と夕食をとても楽しんだ:提供、選択、味。私たちはインドの料理が最高であることを発見しました!レストランのスタッフは絶対に最高です: 5人のウェイトレス Monika、Rhena、Habiba、Loveth、Sayuは、彼らの非常に丁寧でフレンドリーなサービスで私たちのために特別な食事をしました。私たちは他のホテルでこのような素晴らしいサービスを経験したことがありません。しかし、フロントマネージャーのビラル(「すべてを知っている人」)は、常にゲストの幸福をどれほど気にしているかを私たちに驚かせました。ホテルはシティホテルだと気づかない方も多いかもしれません。ダブルツリーヒルトンマージャン島へは1日2回無料シャトルがあります。一度は行ってきました。当ホテルと比べると、そこは宿泊客が多すぎました。RAKのDTHでよりパーソナライズされたサービスを楽しめました。私たちがあまり好きではない小さなこと: - クローゼットにいくつかのハンガー(リクエストに応じて、私たちはより多くの配達を受け取りました) - 私たちのバスルームにはバスタブしかありませんでした、シャワーはシャワーを浴びませんでした - エレベーターは2つしかありませんでした。ホテル5星!

It’s a fabulous property spread over a large stretch by the beach. Plenty of pools for kids and adults. The room was spacious, clean, well maintained and by far the best view from the balcony of the sea and the entire hotel property. Breakfast could have been better. The hospitality however makes up for it. Front desk, concierge were all friendly and helpful. Overall our stay was comfortable!

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well especially in their Hotel Restaurant. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown RAK.

We had our friends gathering in this hotel recently. Mr.Rifad has given full cooperation to make it smooth.also i would like to mentioned Ms.Nancy , Harshan, other stewards , chef & even reception staff was friendly and they were very helpful and make our day memorable.thanks to all and we’l come back again

私たちはRas Al Khaimahでのビジネスミーティングに出席し、遅くまで無料で入手し、そこで一晩滞在することにしました。最後の分を捜索してこのホテルを見つけました!私たちが来たとき、私たちがオンラインで支払った大きな部屋はまだ忙しかった。ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、彼らは私たちに別の部屋を見つけ、補償として朝食を提供しました。疲れすぎて朝食を試してみませんでしたが、困ることなく状況を解決できることを知っていたスタッフのプロ意識に感謝しています!客室は広く、家具も新しく。部屋には素晴らしい+のティーポットがあります。バスルームは大きくてきれいです。カフェテリアがあり、いつでも噛み傷や新鮮なジュースを飲みたい場合、近くにもあります。カルフールのある大きなモールがホテルのすぐ前にあります。私たちはすぐに止まったので、より多くの近所を探検する機会がありませんでした。

This hotel is 3stars but I rate them as 4stars.. First of all the beach and the sand are absolutely amazing!! The sand is very soft and beach has an infinite view... I love the ambiance.. its very relaxing.. The staffs are very attentive and helpful.. except the lady from the restaurant.. I am not sure with her name, i think its Lyda, she seems to be the f&b captain..but her attitude was kinda OFF... First was when she got mad with one of the server staff and she was kind of slamming the fork and spoon in our table.. next was the way she asked us to move my Son's chair in the side because it was blocking the way.. she was rude and looking her POKER face during breakfast, lunch and dinner is exhausting. Her attitude is inappropriate in customer service field.. Regarding the room, unfortunately we got the outdated one.. the hotel is running renovations but what we got was an old room.. The carpet was ripped off, the lower portion of the cabinet is damaged (looks dirty( and the AC was dripping.. but yeah, these do not stop us to enjoy the place though.. I still love this resort and I hope to get a better room next time.. So we have the all inclusive package so we could get the beverages, but then the alcoholic ones are those lower category which we did not like much.. so it was kind of useless for us.. but their food tastes really good and we enjoyed it during the 2 nights and 3 days stay.. and the most amazing part was the Gala Dinner for New Year which was held in Longbeach Campground..There were lots of food and amazing entertainment.. Overall, this was one of our great hotel staycation!! Will definitely go back!

Stayed at Mughal for 3 months (march to may). Very friendly and helpful staff that will do everything to make your stay enjoyable, whether it is to offer to help carry stuff to your room if they see you are struggling, print documents for you at the reception, receive packages on your behalf if you are not ”home” and in general solve any issues you may have in zero time. The hotel is specially recommendable for families (they have 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments with kitchen), but also good for long-stay guests like ourself that look for a peaceful place located close to the beach and not far from RAK city & malls. The pool is nicer in reality than in the pictures, and if you want to ”upgrade ”your stay to a 5* experience, then the hotel offers day tickets (for a very modest price!!) to the 5* Hilton resort on the other side of the street, which is one of the best hotels in the area, with a really wonderful pool and beach area. There is also a public beach a little farther down the road (300-400m) and some food trucks and the fish market and harbour is about 500m walking distance to the other direction. Also a thumbs-up to the Liwan restaurant & Czech pub which is in the same building. The Czech Pub and Liwan restaurant share the same kitchen & chefs (the Chef is from the Czech Republic so I specially recommend to try some of the Czech specialties).
