Terrible experiences: 1) Trip didn’t remind us there is no check in service on site, we had to call them and pay 150 pound in advance online, 2) when we got in at 11 in the evening, the 3 radiators were out of order when the temperature was minus 3. We called them again and again, they couldn’t send any staffs to check n fix it. After mid night, they finally brought 2 mobile heaters.
I think Trip must remind the clients what the booking conditions is.
