The Premier Inn in Reading was a fab place to stay, the team made us feel welcome from checking in to eating in the restaurant in the evening. The breakfast was excellent. We were cycling the King Alfred Way, and this is a great stopping point, starring our bikes in the room was awesome. It is really close to the night life/resturants, but we used the hotel resturant which was excellent with a good choice. The front desk staff really made this stay by making us feel so welcome.

The location is great if you want to be close to the city centre esp. the Oracle. Good value for money and decent rooms. The Wi-Fi could have been better (not great speeds and stability even with Ultimate Wi-Fi option), but was manageable.

Really amazing welcome at the front desk, I was checked in by Dominika who was so welcoming and friendly, and so helpful. She provided me with all the information I needed and made me feel really secure as a first time solo traveller. The room was beautiful also!

Great location, with its close proximity to Town centre and my workplace. The restaurant tends to get very busy on some days but I salute the lovely staffs that went an extra mile to serve their guests nicely, thanks to Insha, Dominika, Vee, Sarka and Oksana. I would recommend maybe to hire more kitchen staff/chef to reduce waiting times for guests. Apart from that everything seems fine and lovely.

Nice, comfortable, and quiet room. Good, central location. Decent breakfast which had a nice variety, good quality, and tasty. Excellent customer service from literally EVERYONE we encountered from kitchen staff, wait staff, hospitality, reception, and managers!!
