ラディソン ホテル レッド ディアー(Radisson Hotel & Suites Red Deer)

The property was nice. However, the pool area was not ideal. Hot tub and steam room were not very warm. Hotel definitely needs some maintenance.

I got a family room so our friends could hang out in our room. It was a good size. It was clean. The staff were nice. The hot tub was nice. It wasn't hot enough, but we got to stay in it for a long time and hang out. The sauna was nice and hot. The sheets on the bed were way too hard and scratchy. We couldn't sleep, we had to get fully dressed so it wouldn't touch our skin. The pillows were tiny and flat. The shower was awkward. There were 2 shower heads and it made it really hard to get them to point towards our heads to wash out the shampoo. We were disappointed. All of us went to the lounge for supper and the service ******. It took so long for us to get anything. I tried to make a reservation so they knew we'd be coming, but i was told we couldn't do that.

Hit tub was so cloudy couldn’t see the bottom, rented a movie that wouldn’t play but was still charged. Soap shelf in the shower was dirty and there was hair in the tub.

Great clean property, it was supposed to be a VIP hotel stay , but I didn’t receive anything that was VIP . So not sure what that includes exactly.

Check in was ok, had to ask for my VIP perk and never received an offer for an upgrade. Elevators were super slow and took us to the basement when we pushed 2nd floor. Other than the hockey tournament staying in the hotel and letting their kids play hockey with a net and sticks in the hallway at 10:45pm at night, it was a nice stay.

Property is easily accessible with fast food options nearby. Parking stalls had plug-ins. The cribs for kids were really good quality not the average playpen.. Cons: There was no free breakfast even with ******* vip access and no free upgrade etc..

The pool and hot tub / Sauna feature was nice, however not the cleanest (old and falling apart could use a good scrub). The little games room is advertised as “arcade and games room” was pretty sad. And even when my son and I wanted to check it out they locked the hallway to it so there was no access. The hotel was full of teenagers due to whatever tournaments were going on - this would have been nice if it was communicated to us as the room next to ours and the entire floor was extremely loud and obnoxious when we just wanted to relax.

Overall—it was ok. Average I guess. I felt it could have been cleaner in my opinion (the room). The comforter looked stained on one side. We stayed here once before a couple years back. It seemed a bit better then.

Room was nice and the staff were friendly. The hot tub however felt only luke warm in temperature and water did not appear overly clean.
