Love Red Rock.Please dont change. Best location, surrounded by nature..river and beach.Cafe has the best food. Friendly staff and Managers.

Was beautiful, so peaceful and amazing blue beaches non stop. Wildlife everywhere and very friendly people. Shop was good! Cabin was great.

I was warmly welcomed and the glamping tent was just lovely, clean & comfortable. Loved the choice of swimming in the river or beach. A very relaxing place to go with lots of quiet places to sit and enjoy the view.

Excellent little park in an excellent location. Facilities were fine and exceptionally clean. No water except for rain water to top up tanks which was great in my opinion. Site were a decent size. I will definitely come back again when there is no cyclone.

We have loved staying at Red Rock for about 40 years, but the rates are just getting too expensive for us and for fellow family/friends who regularly stay there. Even though we came in November (previously known as a shoulder season) our cost was $55 and $57 per night, thats with no town water and virtually no bore water pressure at the sites that are near to a tap.... and no holiday season! Over the last few years I have complained to you about rising costs for caravanners, unfortunately it seems Reflections is more focused on profit and putting in cabins at places like Jimmies Beach than keeping costs fair for caravanners. I have also emailed head office, Scott Burns, but our fees just keep rising. Im afraid for us (and I now know a few of our regular friends that go to Red Rock) we will not be returning. Thankfully Reflections haven't got control of all the good caravan parks, although you have a monopoly on most these day thanks to the Land Dept handing them to you.

What a find. Fantastic park nestled between the beach and the river. Quiet and peaceful. All guests respected the park rules especially dogs being on a leash. Welcome was excellent and staff are friendly and helpful. Sites are good size. The only water available at the site is bore water but simply fill your tanks before you come and there are water tanks if you need to top up. General store also next to the park with the basics and sells hot food. Don't miss this one. Suggests you book ahead as it is popular.

Very clean, comfortable staying in the glamping style tents. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Grounds very tidy. The only fault was trying to book through Reflections call centre, not very satisfactory at all ,

Wonderful and Relaxing Location just north of Coffs Harbour with access to Little Beach for swimming (need to be careful because apparently it’s quite tidal) and the creek feeding into the Pacific- the Staff are particularly warm and friendly and nothing is a problem for them- the powered site we had was a Good Size- due to the use of Bore Water it’s advisable to fill up your water tank before you arrive- thoroughly Splendid Stay🙏

Great amenites. Sites are large and easy to access. Great camp kitchens and fire pit. Beach and river a stones throw away. General store on site and helpful staff. Perfect place to enjoy Mother Nature.

Staff were dismissive and rude. We did "glamping" and while the tent was big, it was freezing. It rained a lot while we were here and the tent was damp and smelly (to the point where unused towels were damp from being in the tent, as were our clothes). I asked for a heater but staff said "no", and told us that we choose glamping and this is how it is. As we flew from Melb, we did not have capacity to pack a small heater. In addition, reception staff reluctantly gave us enough toilet paper to last our stay, but we had to ask for it. I think for $176 per night, it's alright to provide a roll of toilet paper per day (we paid for 5 nights). Even asking for extra bin liners was a hassle for them, and they only gave it to us when we asked if they wanted us to put the rubbish directly in the kitchen bin. Much more I could say, but will leave it at that. Don't like being treated like we are a nuisance when we've paid good money to be here. Wouldn't recommend this place. Apparently new managers or owners. We cut our losses and left a night early. They were very clear - no refund. They lost us and our future money as we wouldn't book here ever again. Will also be telling our friends and family not to use this place.

The deluxe unit was very dirty and needs a complete upgrade. Not worth the money that we paid. Shower recess was absolutely discussing. Beaches and creek were excellent especially creek to swim. Wildlife everywhere.
