Place was terrible. First room stunk. Gave different room. Advertising queen bed. Small bed. Advertising free breakfast. No breakfast. Won’t answer service at front desk. Very disappointed.

We didn't stay; was not as presented in online descriptions and requested our money back over a month ago and still have not received it.

Didn't even want to stay there, run down, looked unsafe, people living month to month there. A pool is pictured on *******...have no idea where that would have been, highly doubt there is a pool......ad should be removed from internet. Highly decieving. We stayed some place else.

Travelodge in Redwing is a total dump. Walls and doors dirty, bathtub needs to be replaced. Bed uncomfortable. Looks like a homeless shelter. I wouldn’t recommend anybody staying there.

Even though out rooms were non-smoking the smell from the smoking rooms on the other side of the motel permeated our room. The rooms need to be refurbished - peeling paint, dirty carpet and grubby walls. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, though, as they got us into non-smoking rooms even though I had accidentally booked smoking.

Easy access to highway. Clean, but very run down. Remolding needed, as in renew, not fix which has been done along the way. Musty smells, neighboring occupant approached us as we arrived to compare olfactory perceptions, “yes!” $20 cheaper than competitors, though.

The room was very gross including dirty unwashed bedding, exploded food in the microwave, a paper dish plate taped to the wall to cover a hole where the bathroom fan was. There appear to be semi-permanent residents in some of the rooms indicated by them leaving grills all over the parking lot and camping chairs filled with cigarette butts. The free breakfast consists of two types of cereal, honey bun packs, and a communal 1 gallon milk jug for everyone in the hotel. The front desk person was incredibly kind but that was the only thing going for this place. Avoid at any cost

Room was dirty, rundown inside outside looks renovated. Walls dirty, coffee maker still had coffee in it from previous persons stay. Room very small, needs serious renovating. Looks like some tenants live there permanently. Bed was comfortable but Would not stay again..

Definitely not what i saw on the website. And i paid $135 for only 1 night. The tub which was not shown felt like you were on a incline. We were told we were going to have a continental breakfast from 6 to 10 and it was wrapped honey buns you could buy at a gas station or walmart. And some coffee. And the office wasnt open till 7 am. You wernt allowed to use the pool. They said it was under construction. It basically served its purpose to sleep. I'm pretty sure i will never stay there ever again. It was one ouside ice chest away of the bates motel. This was not a hotel this was a bad joke. I thought i was being punked.
