Front desk guy watching movie while welcoming’ us. No elevator & on 3rd floor. Door so dodgy had to be forced to open it. Kettle broken didn’t turn on & full of rust.I rang for a new one, they said you just have to wiggle it a bit. Eventually brought a new one. Window blind broken, hooked closed over a broken piece. Couldn’t open it part way to get light, either open or shut. Door & window left large painful impressions into hands to try open.Toilet system ran 24/7. Woke us up. Shower so hot it almost scalded us then when toilet started running it took the cold from shower & had to jump out of water to not burn. So run down & dirty overall. Walls all marked up & filthy with makeup, scuff marks & general dirt. Bathroom floor always wore thongs as dirty. No floor mat, hand towel in bathroom. Nothing to wash or dry our cups with. Wasn’t told about breakfast options, then saw ppl eating there. Bed so uncomfortable, terrible flat pillows & blanket as thin as a sheet, so cold. Noise shocking when guests arrived rear midnight scraping cases & talking so loud. Better overall option would be to sleep in car. Paid for 2 nights, left after one. Guy at reception wasn’t there & saw him after we put key in drop box. Told him left early, there was absolutely no care, no service.
