We needed a quick safe place to stop for the night and we got a good price, the room was nice and clean no smoke smell loved it. also got a club car and gave us 15 dls unfortunately one of us got 10 and they couldn’t do anything but overall nice clean place would love to be back. Hope at the front desk was amazing.

The people at the front desk checking in and checking out were wonderful, friendly and professional. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable enough. however it was dark and dingy, the bathroom sink was clogged, and there was a hint of cigarette smoke. We were there for a stay 1 night after party. We probably should have just ubered home...

The bathroom was gross hair and mold oh and something that looked like it came off the bottom of someone's shoe the bathroom faucet dripped the vent dripped on my girlfriend and shower was slippery my girlfriend almost fell and when she caught herself she wrenches her back and when she took a bath after showering the bubbles from the jets turned brown and we could hear everything going on in the hallway I would have expected better of a motel 6 for $80 a night not a luxury resort for $188.a night I not be going back and will let everyone I know not to stay here it's definitely not worth it and it's only a few years old wow win river not ok

This is a great place to go traveling through like us. My only complaint is ******* booked a room that was already booked but the staff was so great they upgraded us because of *******s mistake!

Stayed one night, visiting family in Redding. Nice room, bed was amazingly comfortable. Shower pressure was awesome. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice. Only annoying thing we didn’t like was the bathroom door slammed or auto-shut. ****** was fun for an hour - noticed not a lot of people playing at the tables but the slots were very popular. We did have a great time and price was right.

I call the hotel earlier to check if they have transer to the airport and the answer was yes. They asked me of my name and the reservation number and i was all set to be picked up 5 am. I was unpleasantly surprised during arrival when i asked about my transfer and they didnt have any record of my call, who i spoke to. Front desk told me that they are going to do a little investigation. In the morning they told me that i showd call at list 2 days in advance to request that. No one apologized for my discomfort. No one say that they are sorry. It cost me 35 $ to get to the airport by taxi!

Very smoky smell all through the hotel, smoking slowed in ****** but they couldn’t keep it from the hotel rooms. Older and needs a remodel or update.

The restaurant and bar were very understaffed for a fight night. We went in to eat breakfast at 830 and didn't get to our breakfast and tell 1030 which made us late for checking out. When I ask for a late check out. The front desk was very rude and said that they would charge us after 10:30 even though it was their restaurant's fault.
