The rooms being sectioned of the living room love it.

This is my second time staying here and both times, the booking/check in/check out processes were easy. The rooms are a great value, very comfortable, and new. The free breakfast and the parking are good and very convenient. The staff was all very helpful and welcoming, including Natalie! Thank you for a great stay.

Rooms need to be up graded. Hallway carpets were dirty and stained. The common areas need to be cleaned. Very close to shopping, there are some good coffee shops and small restaurants, that offer outstanding service.

The manager and staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. They made our stay so much better !! Double Queen rooms was large , property clean and convenient to the east and the west. But better than that , Great Staff.

It wasn’t terrible. Parking was easy and free. A couple of restaurants nearby (could walk to in just a minute or two). The continental breakfast was pretty good (had make your own waffles). It was fairly quiet. Shower was good. I didn’t see any homeless but it definitely is not located in the greatest area. But ai just can’t recommend it. 1.) They said they had cots when I called directly to make the reservation (which was very important). But there was only one staff person on duty and she was overwhelmed. So when I asked if our cot had been reserved, she said “no cots”. Maybe she was just too busy to get one and deliver it? (I also asked for an extra pillow and she said the one she was holding and was about to deliver was the last one…………) 2.) No service with a smile here. She was just putting in her time…… 3.) The place is obviously starting to get run down. A shame, since it’s really new. I guess they just don’t care. (The place was full of guests so they have the $$). Speaking of money, we paid too much. It cost $285, which I thought was high but I think it would be a much nicer place. 4). Cleanliness. Lots of food and stuff under the sofa. Yuck. You could do worse than staying here, but you can also do much better.

The outside is attractive. There was one homeless tent at the edge of the property though. The room itself needed maintenance. The carpet was not clean. The door didn't latch properly unless you leaned into it. The light switch in the bathroom was broken. When the neighboring room began yelling and cussing I went to the front desk to request a room change. She said she would talk to my neighbor but refused a room change. I would recommend going elsewhere.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had in a hotel. I worked all weekend and just wanted a place to rest so I could finish my drive home. I complained about their customer service online with the app I used to book from. Instead of the staff being friendly to me to make up for their terrible customer service, I was threatened. While laying down in my room I was harassed, my door was pounded on because I wrote a complaint and the manager Araceli demanded I pack up and leave or she would call the police. I had prepaid for my room. If I was given a refund I would gladly leave, but I wasn’t doing anything, I was minding my own business in my room and trying to sleep. I later leave to grab some water from my car and was locked out of my room. I had to call the police to show up so I could get my suitcase out of the room and on top of everything they stole my full bottle of tequila and conveniently didn’t pack it in my suitcase since I wasn’t allowed back into my room. All because I complained about their customer service. I understand they reserve the right to give service for who they please, but to be kicked out, harassed and threatened just because I complained about their customer service is uncalled for. I will never visit any of their venues again. This is completely unheard of and ridiculous. I am appalled at their customer service.

Worst hotel ever!! Dirty carpets dirty bathroom! Tells me the maintenance person said I lied about it and manager laughed in my face and said hmm I find it funny and refused to get me higher manager or owner! Told me to write the information myself and tossed a piece a paper in front of me when asked for contact information. We come here for doctor's appointment and this is another horrible stay highly not recommended!!!
