The room was very unclean and the sheets had nothing but stains on them. The room had roaches and was very dusty.

The check-in went smoothly. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was very clean. When I walked in everything well-stocked I couldn’t have asked for more. The only thing is I wish the kitchen supplies were already in there but I guess I cannot be helped. Everything was perfect. 

Great location! Rooms are great! Definitely my preferred hotel!

My partner and I loved this hotel so much we will definitely be returning back. The bed was so comfortable the pillows all in all it was such a great experience.

False advertisement. No on-the-go breakfast. This place felt more like an apar**ent complex with random kids hanging out in the hallway and a lot of foot traffic both inside and outside.

The room looked AMAZING and all the amenities were Fantastic… But… The bed was VERY hard and UNCOMFORTABLE, there was A LOT of noise (slamming doors and banging on walls in the hallway AND room next to mine, etc.), the towels were TINY and the water pressure in the shower was PATHETIC. It WAS a cheaper option but, next time (next week), I’m going somewhere else.

When i got into the room it smelled like rotten onions, then i checked the bed and looked like it had been slept in with hair in the sheets. I then moved rooms and the next room was the exact same. 5am the fire alarm lever was pulled by a random homeless person. Worst stay ever.

I love staying there. Everything was fine until I woke up to shower and I had roaches in the bathroom and under the bed

Well it smelled on the 1st floor like feet. Got to our home looked to be clean. Went to take shower and there was hair in the shower area. Bed is on a cheap frame that moves around when ever you roll over.

Had reservations and called one week in advance to confirm and once I arrived to the facility I was told housekeeping had left home early for the day and my room was not cleaned front desk did not do anything to help besides sip on her drink and said sorry and told us to leave there was nothing much they can do.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but sadly the hotel was gross. There were roaches in the room and the floor looked as though it was never cleaned.

This hotel is fairly new but imo not maintained well and based on it's condition after only a few short years of existence it will be in very poor shape soon if they don't take better care. The shower was in need of a good scrubbing, the room walls full of scuffmarks and scratches in paint and the bathroom mirror frame seemed to be well older than the age of the hotel. The hotels interior hallways carpet appeared as it hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time and the walls here also had several scuffs/scratches. If good water pressure in the shower is important to you, you won't be happy with it here. And lastly, and for me my BIGGEST COMPLAINT, the walls are SUPER thin and you can hear what your neighboring rooms are watching on TV and talking about, doors slamming people above walking around etc. Which means they can hear everything and anything you're doing as well so if privacy is important to you, you definitely won't be happy staying here. Will I return...probably because of the budget friendly rate and the fact that they don't require any kind deposit or cc hold.

When we arrived to our room there was hair on the bed. A big stain at the head of the bed. Notified front desk and she moved us to another room. Checked bed there was hair on it as well, bathroom sink, and bathtub were full of hair. Toilet had pee stains on it the mirror in bathroom was not wiped it had splash marks all over it. We asked front desk for new sheets and blankets. We bought cleaner to clean the bathroom cause it was to late to move any where else. We stated the full 2 days. Front desk in the morning said they were going to comp us for the stay.

We had to book our stay on short notice so we paid a much higher rate than normal and unfortunately the hotel was nowhere near even a less expensive rate. It was one of just a couple hotels with vacancy in Redlands so we had little choice. The front desk staff and check in was acceptable. The hotel though for only being a few years old is in very bad shape. The elevator was dirty (like the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in a few days). Our rooms were superficially cleaned but the floor had some crumbs and the bathroom had some hair in the corner. There were also stains on the walls and the blinds were stained and dirty. Not what I would have expected at all. Also, there were no hair dryers in the rooms… my mother in law asked the front desk if they had any, but they were “out” and to check back tomorrow. Luckily we were only there one night but won’t be back unless we absolutely had to.
