+ friendly receptionist and breakfast personal serving excellent piping hot expreso but, you must ask for it. Not far from big shopping center, plenty of parking. - interior needs upgrade, restaurant is just formal eating area missing Bavarian charm.

All it lacks is tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Avia Hotel. It is a lovely family owned hotel that offers a fantastic breakfast. The staff are very friendly. It is very clean and ideally placed within easy walking distance of the town and all it's attractions.

Hotel itself is wonderful. We liked our stay. But it is not in the town center so you need to take public transportation there if you don't drive.

We recommend this hotel for your stay in Regensburg.
Our room was very nice, spacious and comfortable. It was perfectly clean, well prepared for our arrival and equipped with everything we needed during our stay.
Location of the hotel is great! Only few minutes from the highway and in a walking distance from the historical city centre (approx. 15 minutes).
Breakfast was delicious and rich! Restaurant in the hotel also serves dinners.
Staff was kind and helpful.
Hotel Avia offers free parking.

Nice and neat familyhotel.
Good service and free parking.
Easy to find and there is a big shopping center close to hotel.
Rooms are modern, but the facade from the 70'es gives a different impression.
A nice surprise was the hotel owner or manager, an old gentleman, greeting all visitors personally during the breakfast and wishing them Guten Morgen.
