An amazing experience! Our stay began with Mariana walking us to the hotel from our drop-off point and giving us recommendations for various restaurants and bars nearby. She was so helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and had all the facilities we needed, very clean and fantastic air con too. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic. Maria, who served breakfast each morning was so friendly and obliging, we cannot fault any of the staff! Though very central and near some bars and restaurants, the hotel is down a quieter street, meaning you are only a few minutes walk from the centre but also tucked away enough that the rooms are quiet! If we are to ever visit Rhodes again, this would be our first choice! We wish all the staff the best.

An absolute gem - we had a fantastic stay here. Tucked within the old city walls, but away from any noise from nearby restaurants. Room was excellent and comfortable, and we enjoyed the quiet courtyard to relax in during the afternoons. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and provided great recommendations. The location is absolutely perfect. Breakfast was great - plenty of food provided. There is a small menu with several items listed that you choose from, including fresh orange juice, as well as hot and cold foods that are prepared once you order them. If you are coming via taxi, ask to be dropped off at the Sea/Marine Gate, as that is the closest access. From there it is about a 5 minute walk - Google Maps was able to give us accurate walking directions, as it is located within some much smaller side streets. We were able to roll our small suitcases easily during the walk, but there are some cobblestones to go over. We arrived in the evening, and once we knocked on the main door, were welcomed by staff who introduced us to the space and welcomed us warmly. There is a taxi stand located at the Sea Gate if you are hoping to take one to other locations outside of the Old Town as well.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. Very well situated in the Old Town off the main street (Socratus). The hotel is several large en suite rooms of real character in an historic building next to the disused church (hopefully to be restored one day). The staff are incredibly helpful and warm-hearted. Breakfast is served in a beautiful courtyard and you’re allowed a good lie-in. Warmly recommended.

This was a real hidden gem and perfect for our mum and daughter break. It was located in the walled medieval town of Rhodes (but very easily found with a combination of Marianne’s directions and my daughter on Google maps!), hidden behind a gate in a wall which opened into a beautiful courtyard surrounded by 2 accommodation buildings and an old chapel. The rooms were all beautifully decorated and all overlooked the courtyard, each with their own private seating area. Breakfast was served outside by the lovely Maria, it was fresh and plentiful, we particularly enjoyed the Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit. During our stay as well as spending time wandering around the old town we also visited Lindos (an hour’s bus ride away), Tsampika Beach (40 mins bus ride), Kallithea Springs/beach (15 mins bus ride) and we also did a day trip by ferry to the beautiful neighbouring island of Symi. All in all a wonderful break and we would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely guest house.
