Enjoyable stay in this hotel. We were upgraded to All Inclusive which we can have unlimited drinks and food. But the lunch and dinner buffet is a bit repetitive. Staff in the restaurant were nice but they seldom refill our drinks. Also, the swimming pool is so small, which barely can swim.

Η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχείου είναι ιδανική. Διπλα στην ακτή Έλλη, όπου υπάρχουν και πολλές επιλογές σε beach bar, αλλά και περίπου 10’ από το κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης. Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετικό, και ειδικά τα παιδιά της υποδοχής.

酒店好的出乎意料，有免費的mini bar，還有很不錯的自助餐，一到週末泳池有live show，非常輕鬆！如果有機會希望能再次入住

房間整潔乾淨，床旗和被套散發著一股讓人放鬆的香水味，落地大窗外面是海景陽台。還提供一日三頓自助餐，水果、甜品、主食樣式都很多，而且很美味。住客基本是來度假的白人。超級讚的一次體驗！

We booked Petit Palais for our honeymoon and it is the first 4-Star hotel we have stayed at. I think it has spoiled us...From the minute we walked into the hotel the staff were very friendly, took our bags and offered us a drink.The food at the hotel deserves its own paragraph…. Quite honestly outstanding!! I love that you can choose from buffet.The pool was perfect for families and always very clean. Our room was very spacious, clean and had great views over the sea with a very comfy bed. Will definitely be back.

Lots to say about this amazing hotel. Firstly the position ...it's great if you want to be close to the Medieval Rhodes Walled City and within easy walking distance of the Grand Masters Palace, Harbour and it's delights including glass bottom boats, fishing trips and trips to other islands such as Symi. Also close to the 9D cinema which was super with it's air conditioned museum to view and 2 short films the Throne of Helios gave some background to this historic UNESCO city. The nearby beaches were stony (Pool shoes sorted this out) but were only 5 minutes away from the beach and it was truly gorgeous - the swimming, snorkelling and watersports were excellent plus the Aquarium was right next to Elli beach. Sandy beaches at Faliraki or Lindos can be reached by boat or bus if that's your thing. The hotel communal areas were spotlessly clean as were the rooms. The food offering was simply fabulous in terms of quantity, quality and range of choice and everyone we met staying at the hotel agreed it was amazing. Even our fussy teenager found plenty to his liking ! The show cooking was great to see and the wood fired pizzas were simply amazing - we thoroughly enjoyed watching the skill and expertise of the chef and the resulting pizza was simply divine. The evening entertainment was also very good and since it only went on until 11pm we could still get a good night's sleep to enjoy the trips and sightseeing we wanted to do. Since the hotel is in Rhodes town the pool was a little small but it was clean like the rest of the hotel and bizarrely never felt over crowded. Fresh towels were available any time and were allowed to be used on the beach which was also a nice touch. However the one thing that made this hotel stand out from the crowd was definitely the staff. Every single member of staff was smiling, friendly, efficient and made every effort to ensure our holiday was the best time ever from reception, pool staff, bar staff, cleaners etc It's hard to pick out individuals but Julia, Stella, Maria, Fabiola & Apo all deserve a special mention as our waitresses and waiter during our stay. They all found time to speak to us and showed genuine interest in our daily adventures. We laughed and enjoyed their company and they were not only efficient but quickly learned our preferences for drinks and were on hand with anything we needed like magic. We have been to many 4 star hotels and felt like we were a nuisance but here you were treated like family ! My efforts to try to speak greek were met with patience and understanding and the staff response encouraged my son and husband to even try a few words out too. Huge thanks to all the staff and everyone deserves a raise ! This hotel has everything you could want for a stay in Rhodes so honestly if you are thinking about booking just do it !

Hotel was great and rooms everything amazing . The service from Ersi and Fabiola was outstanding and we definitely will come back thank you very much for all Your hospitality and taking care of every details of our stay , we felt very welcomed and comfortable from day one until we left after 9 nights

The best hotel on the island. Honestly this is our 5th time to Rhodes and to Mitsis Petit Palais it never fails to amaze us. The hotel is clean and in a great location, the entertainment is spot on and I’ve got to mention D spot band as they are literally the best! You will have so much fun. ALL and I mean all the staff are so lovely and welcoming to everyone! I’ve got to mention my bestie Alex the bar man, he does the best mojitos and he always has a smile on his face! We will be back for our 6th time next year

What a wonderful holiday we had stayed at this lovely hotel in the heart of Rhodes close to everything the port the old town all easy to get to, The hotel is good, maybe in need of updateing we stayed in a room in the corridor to pool that needs a bit of work apart from that it's very clean and tidy and the housekeeping are brilliant. We have had entertainment 4 nights can be noisy in certain rooms ours for one especially if your worn out and go to bed before 11pm luckily we didn't The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful and there seems to be sufficient staff to cater to all. The restaurant deserve a special mention as they are all extremely helpful, the food is OK we had half board my partner enjoyed mist if the food, I am a vegetarian so I had a lot of salad that was good and varied . The staff working in the restaurant all worked hard, and nothing was to much to request.i did have a slight issue as I can't drink milk so soya was problematic occasionally. Three members of the restaurant staff must be mentioned for going a extra mile to benefit the hotels clients they are a asset to the hotel, there names are Sabjola, Ersi and Julia they are great ambassadors for hotel with a smile and approachable demener Thznk you Ian and Debs

I was lucky enough to stay 21 days in this hotel, which I consider, after 32 stays, as my heart's home. The hotel is ideally located, close to the sea, the Old Town and the city center. You can do everything on foot. The staff is lovely. The food is better every year. The rooms are very clean and the evening entertainment is varied. I can only thank everyone for making my holiday extraordinary... once again. I am already looking forward to next summer.

Have just arrived after spending a week at this fantastic hotel. We took advantage of all inclusive. The hotel is in a great location, very close to beaches and nice short walk into the old town. We stayed in a family suit that was perfect with 2 separate bedrooms. All the staff from reception, bar staff, cleaners and all the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and always smiling. Would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone.
