Reasonable hotel a bit further from the centre of kolymbia than I thought.

Recently came with a friend and we both agreed. The staff were INCREDIBLE - seriously nice people working there. George was honestly the best part of the stay, just incredibly funny and deserves praise! The nice young girl who works during the mornings at breakfast had the biggest smile I've seen in any other hotel, seemed genuinely happy to help and the other young guy at the bar was also so nice! For what you pay for it's fantastic, the only part that made me give this 4/5 instead of 5/5 was the food during lunch and dinner. Majority of the time it was pretty cold sadly- but it wasn't the end of the world (for the price though I'm not complaining). The room was great, cleaned daily and always had fresh bedding and towels. Hotel was clean DON'T BELIEVE comments about ants- they are only near the grass when there is sugary drinks around and didn't bother us once. The area is great with the whole ***** taking me 6 minutes to walk there (if you go check out Oasis Cocktail Bar 5*) Overall I would recommend! see you next time

I stayed at this hotel 17th-21st may and it was great the room was good and the staff was excellent. Especially George the bartender we had laughs with him. The only thing that could be better of the food was hotter but other then that it’s great!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely welcoming. The room was clean but nothing over the top. The location was a bit far from anything going on but nice if you want to get away and have a relaxing holiday. The food was not fantastic but you get what you paid for. The staff were amazing, they were attentive, friendly, and they went the extra mile. The staff made the difference in our holiday and we would like to say thank you so much to them!

We arrived early hours on the Sunday morning, obviously dinner was over so we got given a stale ham and cheese sandwich (my friend is a vegetarian so had no choice but to take the ham out) and we were given no water. Got to the room and saw a very basic camp bed on the floor for the third bed. The pictures of the rooms on the website look nothing like the actual rooms. It claims to be ‘newly renovated’ but there is filler everywhere, marks, painted over lights, a small tv that doesn’t work with no instructions. One pillow each and they were flimsy, rock hard mattresses, spiders and cobwebs, cleaners come in everyday but only mop and change towels, our bedding wasn’t changed once, holes and stained sheets, no soap in the bathroom, no complimentary water in the small fridge, no cups or kettle etc, no proper blankets, flickering lights, food very poor and the same food for lunch and dinner, the lunch leftovers were reused, all carbs (rice, potatoes, pasta), nothing was labelled so if you’re vegan or vegetarian you’ll be living off the bare minimum, no lifeguard at either pool, there is rules on the wall but they are not abided by (says no one in the pool between 7pm-9am yet people were still in gone past 10pm), the pool bar closes at 4pm, no where near enough sun beds for the capacity of the hotel, lots of missing umbrellas around the pool, we saw 1 person collapse but none of the staff seemed bothered or even asked if the lady was okay. The staff are rude other than the barmen and the man in the shop, receptionists are so unhelpful, they’d rather leave you to it then help you out, no aircon inside the eating area so you are sweltering during meals. 4 cocktails included in the all inclusive, lemonade in the dispenser in the eating area ran out so it was just sparkling water, no fresh juices at breakfast, we kept all valuables with us at all times after reading the previous reviews. The ‘snack time’ that is provided is literally stale sandwiches and a bit of cake. No entertainment whatsoever, I wouldn’t recommend bringing your kids here as there is not much for them to do. The rooms are very basic, no art or colour. There is not much around to do it was pretty much the middle of nowhere, we had a few excursions booked to Rhodes centre and Lindos which I recommend.

Thank you very much to the staff as they went out of their way to accommodate my family.It was a surprise for my husband's birthday that the family arrived unexpectedly and the staff made it happen. The food fed everyone of us including the 10month baby very well.The rooms had glorious views the rooster awoke us at just the right time. It is a quiet place but if you have children the swimming pool is a good place to start, then games we all played in the evening sorted us all out,we mix as a family.Walking to find the sea took a while as the shops had everything you needed or not and had to be checked out.The bus rides we took were adventurous, completely different from the UK. We met alot of lovely people that combined with the wonderful weather, it rained warm rain on a couple of days,you just go under the pool shelter where its dry until the warm rain stopped ,then back out to the pool it wasn't that long out of the water. So thank you for making a wonderful holiday for us.

We’ve just got back from the Anavadia (9th to 16th July). ‘Family holiday’ - couple and two sons - 21 years. Room - we booked two rooms. They were both very clean and sheets/towels cleaned/changed daily. Food - plenty of it and good. Breakfasts I especially enjoyed. Salads are fresh and tasty. Drinks - also good and plenty of them. Variety of cocktails and beer is cold in frozen glasses. Paper cups by the pool. Pool - we stayed around the pool at the front of the hotel. Very chilled atmosphere, no bother getting sun beds. Only slight issue is that the pool area could do with a bit of a clean and some parasols needed fixing. People - the staff are amazing. They couldn’t do enough for you. Only exception was the night receptionist who checked us in (4am) Didn’t tell us anything about the hotel and was a bit grumpy. However, the receptionist on the last day couldn’t do enough to find us a room (we had a very late flight back to Newcastle) despite the fact that they’d had internet issues and electric problems that morning (out of their control) Very professional. Area - a good base to explore - we took a bus to Rhodes Town for €4 from just outside the hotel. Lads hired mopeds for €20 a day to explore. Overall - we loved it.

Wow!! I’d read poor reviews from last year but start of this year some good ones about new management…. So we arrived and 🙈 I checked out after 12 hours, 8 of which were sleeping (sort of in the hardest bed in the world)! Breakfast was absolutely disgusting, hotel filthy, I wouldn’t have used the pool if I was paid to. Decor questionable to say the least, toilet areas were foul, lunch time pizza oven never materialised by the pool just some dry looking sandwiches! Just don’t go would be my advice unless you like those sorts of poor standards, four star, nowhere near

Stayed here with my sister and 2 nephews in August 2023. We booked it as a last minute birthday trip for my sister. We stayed for 4 nights and booked through love holidays for i think £405 each for all inclusive. The hotel was situated in a very quiet area, there were some shops and the closest beach was a pebble beach. The food wasn’t great but for the price I wasn’t expecting it to be. Dessert and drink options were lovely on the plus side. The pool areas and bars were great too and all staff were lovely! The room was a decent size but we had issues with wildlife getting in which wasn’t pleasant. Didn’t like the bathroom either. Overall I think you get what you pay for with this hotel and i wouldn’t return again.
